One star is generous in my review. Waited an hour in line after work. Then after I'm inside to port one number, they took another hour. Then decided they needed to call business support. After being on hold for 10 more minutes, they decided business closed at 8pm and I would have to come back tomorrow. 2 hours and ten minutes and now I have to come back. I asked to speak with the district manager or arrange to have him call me and they refused to give me the number. Unbelievable. read more

Now they did drop a line for me and they blamed all this on their pre-existing manager but my bill is still more than we originally agreed to and we're locked in for another 20 mo So I would encourage you not to fall for AT&T's crap. My wife and I have used AT & T for several years for our cell phone service. We have added our four children over the years, and currently have six lines and spend quite a bit each month on our bill. Our 12 yr old daughter fell today and broke her phone. We have the insurance and have never had to use it before. We made an appointment to see what all needs to be done. The person that waited on us couldn't be bothered. We didn't know that AT &T uses a third party to deal with claims and that we had to take care of it ourselves. When we tried to ask a few questions about the process he hurried us along like we were a nuisance. After years of spending thousands of dollars a year for their services, we will be looking elsewhere. So, to the young man at the store on Rogers Ave in Ft. Smith, AR, do better, you're not very good at making a long time customer feel good about spending his money at your establishment. ​ read more

I go in at my appointment time so no waiting. The 2 times I have been at the store has saved me money while increasing my services. The Asian lady I worked with changed up all my services, got me a new phone, all for a cheaper bill! How'd she do that? Anyway, never a bad experience here. Lots of choices for accessories to help protect your phone are available. Be sure to make appointment online so no waiting! I might have to discuss direct tv or Uverse services with them at some point so will update after that, and I plan to pre-order my IPhone X with them. I love going in there. Absolutely the worst! I needed to tend to some business for my parents. You'd better have an hour to wait in your car for service.

GOOD LUCK CALLING!! This place NEVER answers their phone...I mean NEVER. I've actually been in the store and watched a couple of people walk around talking to each other as the phone sat there and rang. It's ridiculous. I've NEVER seen a store that ignores their phones as much as this store does. It's to the point I will not go there any longer, I will travel to the next town to get service done with my cell phone. The people inside are very helpful, but I cannot understand why they ignore the phones. It's almost as if they are told to NOT answer the phones. The management should implement a person dedicated to taking care of the people that call in and have smaller issues that take no time to complete. read more

Unfortunately, the store does not answer their phones. I called repeatedly to ask a question that I cannot get answered by the automated system. I understand that businesses stretched their staff as thin as they can but you still have to take care of customers. My contract is long over and I starting to look for other services! read more

Today we were forced to deal with activating new phones. Always something I dread but surprise, surprise it was a pleasant experience. Our tech helper was fabulous. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because we had to wait 5-10 minutes to be waited on. Our tech person was Ashley was wonderful. She activated our 3 phones, transferred all the apps and updated so that when we left the store we were all set. Total time about 30 minutes. Record time! If only everything went as smoothly when technology! read more

as expected, based on previous at&t experiences, the service at this location is sub par. the best thing they do for customers is open the door for them. beyond that, useless. try to get a manager out of the back room. it requires an act of congress. if you're not adding service, buying equipment or offering them an opportunity to make a commission, they are not interested in assisting. manager's name is Jason Voss, but don't try to get him to assist you. There service is great if you live in a major urban area but if you live in a small town it is nonexistent, never have reception always dropping calls and never wanting to improve there service, so if you like the rural life you are out of luck!!!!! read more

This cellular company, like so many others, pays people who work there based on sales- so know when you go in that they will not be honest because they don't get paid unless they sell you something. The more $ the better for them! I was looking for a cellular wifi device. They had a 'special' and for $.99 I was supposed to walk out with service. I picked what I wanted but opted out of a contract and agreed to pay a discount price for device and paid for data. Then the teenager brings over a stack of papers, he has already run my credit card so I think I'm good but buried in the middle of he stack was 'we will bill you $178' and some change. Whoa! Wait! I've already paid for the device and the data. 'Oh, I'm sorry, that's not right' says the kid. 'Just ignore that page'. I reply'if this is the cost I do not want it'. 'Oh no- don't worry'. I asked the kid to reprint and remove the charge- he just 'x'ed it out. Of course they DID bill me AND charged me a fee for not paying on site. I closed the account, brought back the device that was plugged in for about 2 hours of use and they charged me a 'restocking fee' to take it back! Never, ever will I deal with these lying crooks again! Buyer beware! read more

Being a 16-year customer of AT&T, I walked in on a Monday evening to simply get a case for my wife's phone that just came in from AT&T. I was greeted by the concierge at the door - and when I told him I simply wanted to purchase a case and screen protector for my wife's phone, he informed me there was over a 1 hour wait. I asked if they had a person that could simply ring my purchase up because I could not wait that long, I was told no - still a 1-hour wait. I then told him I'd have to go to either Sam's Club or Verizon - and he said 'That's fine' and seemed more than happy to send an AT&T customer away to the competition. Well, I can say that I was treated much nicer and expeditiously at Verizon - even though they were busy as well. Way to go AT&T. I know that on my next phone or accessory purchase, I will be considering Verizon now thanks to your fail with your concierge and failure to even have 1 person able to ring simple purchases up. If this is how you treat customers on a Monday evening, I shudder to think of how customers are being treated on a busy Saturday. Thanks - for nothing. read more
