The repair they attempted was poorly done, and water leaked everywhere for several days until I had to pay my landscaper to come out and properly fix it. I submitted a ticket through Race and included photos, but it was clear that no one reviewed the details before responding. When technicians returned, they acknowledged that responsibility was "half theirs and half mine," yet I have received no assistance or compensation for the damage or repair costs. As a result of the leak, my water usage has doubled since August 11 while I work to resolve the issue. While the internet service itself has helped lower my monthly bill, the damage caused during installation and the lack of accountability afterward have left me very disappointed.
