Based on microwave technology.......... Three words best describe our experience so far........ NIGHT AND DAY!!! Night being the DARK SIDE of things with Frontier and Hugesnet Day being the BRIGHT SIDE of things Supernet 360 Our system went down recently because of a Supernet 360 system upgrade. A call to John was made the wee hours of early Sunday morning.... By 8 AM that morning John responded and explained their upgrading and by the early afternoon, it was back up and running!
