Things went well at first when he got connected and the network was running at about the advertised speed. Now the kicker, they have their first outage. Long wait to talk to someone and find out it was because of a bad firmware update on their side that they are tracing back so the can roll it back and repair the line. 2 days later they claim it's fixed but...no internet. It's now been 8 days for my buddy without internet. Multiple calls and emails, what response is given? The support team can only write tickets and send them to dispatch, they don't have a phone number and are not allowed to call dispatch. Customers also cannot call dispatch and dispatch has sole discretion on when a technician will be sent out. 8 days, no internet, a tech was promised yesterday and today with no tech arriving and now they are saying Friday. This company is chasing their own tail, treating customers like they are nothing and openly lying. Do your self a favor and stay far far away or you'll find yourself in this same mess.
