The offer included no strings, no contract, no required bundle, but up and down the ladder, no one would honor that. I call that bait and switch. Ignore the big publicity that the prices and policies have improved today. 2 hours and 20 minutes on the phone with retention and they will not honor their offer. Don't believe the publicity. They want to back you into a corner and punish you if you find any part of a bundle is not worth the cost. They'll exact revenge by raising your price higher than it was before you dropped the useless part of the package. If the service was as good as they claim, why play these tricks to get us to pay extra for things that aren't worth it? Why blatantly lie by mailing out offers they have no intention of honoring? Beware.

This is not cool! Even if legit, I will not open/buy a Target card for any reason! If they want my business, they can bill my existing credit card on file! I think they were trying to get me to load a pre-pay card, then give them the information, so they can steal the money. I am now considering canceling Spectrum and going to AT&T.
