spectrum is very overpriced and give poor service. Plus they bribe politicians to get monopolies in areas they service.

Took 3 hours for ten customers, if you don't have an appointment they wont help you. Dont make the same mistake we made. However it was unreasonable for it to take 3 hours , and constantly bumping down people for appointments. Value for the wi-fi is alright but don't go without an appointment unless you want to be ignored . Should also mention a lot of people in-front of us left as well due to the incredibly unfair wait times and ignoring customers who walked in. read more

It was the worst place that I have been. They use a virtual sign in kiosk that displayed the customers in order. While there were over 30 customers, the employees continued to have conversations with customers, showing each other their vacation photos. Due to this, they would spend 30 to 60 mi uses with each customer. If given another option, I would never work with this store or Spectrum again. I am glad that I am moving. read more

Honestly would give it zero stars if I could. Two people working, and they only served people with reservations. Expect to waste your whole day waiting while the two employees try to upsell every customer dragging out the time until the next reservation. read more

Absolutely terrible! I will never go to that store ever again Zero Stars!!!!!! It was my first time there and there is no sign of anyone to tell you that you have to sign in to wait. I waited about 10 mins when I noticed. I signed in, that was no big deal. Then I waited over an hour to swop out equipment. My name was up I popped up and went to the register and the lady was so rude and says "I am done I have worked an hour and half over. I can't help you. You will have to wait for him." So we walk over by the other register and the guy says rudely I am going to be a while I am still with this guy". There was still 5 other people in line and it was after 7PM at this time. I say out loud I will never come back to this store ever again. Then the girl says to the guy can I leave? I came in at 9am. He said it's up to you. She ends up staying says she can help me. She was so rude the whole time. I hand her the box and she takes the equipment out and kicks the box. Grabs the new modem scans it and then we were done. I understand her frustration of being there later than your shift but you handle it not in front of the public. They need to obviously hire more staff. They should have a return and pickup new equipment desk. Over an hour wait for something that took 5mins. Do better Spectrum! read more

Zero rating!! One person working. One person sitting in the corner. . Not working. Only needed to exchange a faulty router that was replaced by technician the day prior. After waiting an hour moved from 12 on list to 11 and then back to number 12. Absolute **** show! Forced to choose a star to submit...does not deserve a 1. Manager should be ashamed!! read more

I went to the Watertown Spectrum store three times just to get a new modem without success. The first time the sign-in gizmo was not working and there were at least 5 others waiting in line for only two Spectrum agents so I left. The second time the sign in gizmo was working, but the place was full of people waiting. Just yesterday 11 Sep I signed in determined to wait for one of the 3 agents behind about 4 or 5 other customers. Each agent seemed to be chatting with the customers rather than taking care of business. I and another customer discussed the situation and decided to call for a home visit to swap out the equipment. read more

The spectrum store in Watertown NY on Arsenal St is a disgrace. I was in there on August 4, 2023. After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes I was approached by a so called customer service agent asking if he could answer any questions to avoid further waiting. I expressed my displeasure With the fact that they were preparing to overdraft my account for the fourth time this year. I agreed to an automatic payment to taken on the 6th of every month. They have taken it on the first, the third, the second. He informed me that Spectrum DOES NOT DO THAT. I then told him I was revoking the authorization for automatic payments. He then told me that auto payments were required for Spectrum Mobile. He then reasserted that Spectrum DOES not take auto payments early. I responded "BULLSHIT". He then admonished for language. I blew my top and let him have it!! I then stormed out. I dumped Spectrum. Any time I have been in this store I have waited at least 45 minutes. While there was around 20 people waiting in the store associates were taking smoke breaks. I will never do business with Spectrum or Charter Communications. read more

Pisses me off when all companies today think ye own and use a cell phone but I am not one of them and Spectrum is one of them,went in to the store and now ye have to check in by using their stupid electronic gadget when ye enter and then the wait was over the top,the staff were short with me and now my On Demand is not working,say's to try again later,for the amount of $ my husband pays every month for the DVR,Internet and Phone I demand my DVR service to work properly,this is just stupid. read more
