My first experience with Ward Family Dentistry was Kim, the receptionist. She was compassionate and understanding. It was evident that she really wanted to be helpful. Every time I've seen her since, she continues to be helpful, thoughtful, and empathetic. Dr. Ward explains everything he's doing and takes time to answer questions with every visit. He treats his staff with respect. I appreciate that I've had the same sweet lady as my hygienist at every single visit. I have no regrets switching to Ward Family Dentistry for my dental care needs.

Over the 3 visits, the room we were put in (always put in the same room) looked like they were about to remodel (painters tape on the wall, one wall painted, 3 other walls not painted and lots of scuffed up walls, cabinet missing all hardware), and yet, over the 1.5 years, the room was THE SAME. Painters tape still on the wall and project not completed! Everything is dirty and run down. I am appalled a doctor recommended this place to me. This last time, I waited 40 minutes past our appointment time for my toddler to be seen. 40 minutes in a room without any fun things to distract him. That is insane. They have a TV in the room, but it's mounted well past the chair (like behind you when you sit in the chair) so you can't even see it. It's completely moronic.
