Can't say enough about Dr. Whitfield and the staff at EP&TD. They get you in and out in a flash,…read morewhile at the same time making you feel like they have all the time in the world for you. They can see all five of my kids at the same time and basically get us through in what typically takes me one visit with two kids at our old place. I have two "fancy" kids, one who has Down Syndrome and one who is medically complicated and let me tell you, Dr. W and staff are so good with them. He's willing to answer ALL my insane questions as I'm "that mom" who has to know every little detail about every little thing. So patient and so kind. My daughter with DS originally was a bit timid and sometimes struggled to want to be there or to allow dentists to look at her teeth... she has had zero trouble adjusting to EP&TD, and she loves "doctor dubs" (to the point this week she invented a tooth ache so she could go see him lol, she just keeps forgetting which tooth she told me hurt lol).. We just got home from my medically complicated child having 4 teeth extracted and we felt so well cared for and supported through the whole process. We've been at this clinic for two years now. If you are looking for a dentist you can trust with your precious kiddo's... this is the place! Give them a try!

Without any notice they have decided they will no longer accept soonercare. Because my child is low income they are willingly medically neglecting her. No where else will accept her insurance, especially with no notice. Extremely unprofessional and has no regards or care for the overall well-being of their patients. My daughter is 6. Their money is worth more than her well-being and it is sick. Find somewhere with better integrity and someone who cares about your child and not just money. UPDATE TO REBUTTAL, I got the letter today, so no. Not ample time to make other arrangements for her medical care. Next?

Everyone here makes you feel like you're part of their family, and that starts the second you walk in. As a mom, finding a dentist who makes your child feel safe, comfortable, and actually excited about going to the dentist is EVERYTHING. My daughter has had such a positive experience here, and I love that the staff takes the time to talk to her, explain what they're doing, and make sure she feels comfortable every step of the way. They don't just treat her like a patient--they treat her like a little person whose feelings matter. Dr. Dewbre is absolutely wonderful. He is gentle, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, and you can tell that he truly cares about his patients. I appreciate how thorough he is while still making everything feel relaxed and kid-friendly. As a mom, knowing that my daughter is being cared for by someone I can trust means everything. And it's the little things that truly set this office apart! They have the sweetest, friendliest office dog who helps keep the kids calm and make the whole experience feel less intimidating. The kids can even choose a cool office T-shirt to rep their dentist, and every visit ends with them getting to pick out a toy. Those little touches may seem simple, but to a child, they make going to the dentist feel FUN instead of scary. One of my favorite things about this office, though, is how genuinely HAPPY everyone seems to be. You can tell the staff truly enjoys working together. They joke with each other, support one another, and have a closeness that feels more like a family than coworkers. That kind of atmosphere doesn't just make the employees happier--it creates an environment where the kids and parents feel welcomed, relaxed, and cared for too. Every visit has been such a wonderful experience, and I always leave feeling confident that my daughter is in the best hands. It's obvious that this office cares about creating positive memories for their little patients, not just providing dental care. We are so grateful to have found such an amazing dental home. Thank you for making the dentist a place my daughter can actually look forward to visiting! If you're looking for a pediatric dental office where your child will be treated with patience, kindness, genuine care, and a LOT of fun, look no further. I truly cannot recommend them enough!

They made the visit short and sweet so our crying baby wasn't too uncomfortable. They rewarded her with a toy after and answered all of our questions about her teeth while providing education on how to make dental visits easy for her. We are excited that we get to have Dr Dewbre as a provider and we will gladly continue to drive from Yukon to see him

I honestly don't even know where to start with this review because this was genuinely one of the…read moremost meaningful experiences I've ever had at a medical office. I have struggled with pretty severe dental anxiety for years, and I hadn't been to the dentist in about six years. I had been having some tooth pain and finally worked up the courage to go in for a consultation, and I was so nervous walking through the door. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. Fletcher was the first person I met. She greeted me, helped me check in on the iPad, and then brought me to their relaxing room while I waited. There was a solo massage chair and a TV, which honestly helped me settle my nerves before my appointment even started. For someone with dental anxiety, that small detail made a huge difference. Mackenzie was the next person I met. She came and got me started with everything, including my intake and taking photos of my teeth. She talked me through what she was doing and made me feel comfortable right from the beginning. She spent quite a bit of time with me getting everything documented and making sure I understood what was happening. After about 30 minutes of intake, Dr. Lu came in and went through everything with me. I was expecting to feel embarrassed and judged because of how long it had been since I'd been to the dentist. I have cavities, discoloration, gum recession, and obviously things that need to be addressed, and I was honestly so ashamed that I had let it go for so long. I actually got teary-eyed. And instead of making me feel bad about any of it, they told me there was absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about. That meant more to me than they probably realize. Lauren, my hygienist, also came in and spent time talking with me about my hygiene, what I can improve, and what my plan will look like moving forward. I never felt like anyone was rushing me through the appointment or just trying to get me in and out. In the past, my dental experiences have been more like being in and out in 15-20 minutes, getting some images taken, being told what needed to be done, and booking a treatment. This was completely different. They took the time to actually get to know me, explain what they were seeing, answer my questions, and make me feel like I was part of the process. I have never felt this comfortable in a medical setting before. Honestly, not even with my therapist. For someone with dental anxiety who has avoided the dentist for six years, the fact that I left feeling relieved, understood, and actually excited about getting my teeth taken care of is something I never thought I'd say. I'm so grateful I finally made that first appointment, and even more grateful that I found this team. I'm genuinely looking forward to my treatment plan and to continuing with them for years to come. If you're someone who is anxious about the dentist, has put off going, or is embarrassed about how long it's been, please don't let that stop you. I walked in feeling ashamed and scared, and I walked out feeling hopeful. They made all the difference for me.
