Then proceeded to ask me questions based upon that, which was so great to see that he takes the time to be aware of the patient and their needs. I was fit in the same day for some moderate work I needed done, which was so convenient because I'd rather just get everything over with and done so I don't have to worry about it. The doc explained what was needed to be done, what had probably caused the issues, how I could prevent future issues and then walked me through everything he was doing. He's very personable and easy to talk to which is so refreshing! The office girls are also very nice, accommodating and helpful when it comes to figuring out the insurance thing! I had never had insurance before so they helped me understand how payment works and what the charges will/could be. Only good things to say about this office and am now a loyal patient!!!

I broke a molar in half, pain, panicking, and wondering what to do since many dentist offices are closed. I called the after hours emergency number, and within an hour I was on my way to get taken care of. Dr. Benbajja and his dental assistant were extremely patient and kind! They took extra precautions recommended by the CDC, went over options, and cost. We decided a tooth extraction was the most cost effective and smartest route. I signed paperwork, received numbing shots (which barely hurt!), gas, and the tooth extracted. All within an HOUR. I am terrified when going to the dentist, they kept a calm composure and reassured me everything would be fine. They were right. I felt NO pain! I just felt pressure and relief of the tooth gone. I could not tell when I left because the side of my face was numb. I had real issues opening my mouth afterward. Nothing seemed wrong with the teeth or gum line, it was my jaw area where the shots had been. It has been over 3 weeks and I can't fully open my mouth but it's not as bad as it was. I was supposed to go in tomorrow at 10 am to get my crown put on and be done. He called today to say I owe more money. He told me verbally what things would cost my first day. I have paid him $2k out of my pocket and my insurance has also paid. They are liars. Even if you want to give them the benefit of the doubt, bringing this up after 3 weeks, the day before the appointment, is pretty sorry business....or it's on purpose. Things that happened the two times I have been in the office: The main Dr. took a phone call while working in my mouth, stopped and talked to his daughter I assume, about what to get at Wal Mart. One of the assistants said to a different Dr., while he was in my mouth doing a root canal, that the place gave her anxiety and she hated coming here, during the same conversation that same Dr. complained about the other one "getting himself into these situations" because he starts procedures he can't finish.
