Now in May and we are still waiting for repairs to be done. The check engine light came on day we drove the car home. Multiple times in and out of service. Dealership had car ENTIRE month of April. I wish we never did business with them. They lie, I definitely don't trust them anymore. Run away...we were told NOTHING was wrong with the car when we signed the paperwork. They don't care about customers, only money. Work done on car so far: charged a/c, replaced front brake pads, resurfaced front rotors, replaced starlink panel, "found front seat barlink lowers boots torn" replaced both, "updated" radio that kept going out, replaced catalytic converter, replaced transmission "found slipping", replace spark plugs and fuel injectors. Waiting to get car back and see what are the next surprises are in store for us. If the service department completes a "thorough inspection" before the car leaves the lot, I definitely DON'T trust their repairs. My husband and I are utterly disgusted. It's our only vehicle. We can't drive the loaner out of Colorado to visit and help my parents over 80 years old, we have told the dealership this MANY times. Will they just swap it out for a car that is sound? At this point I don't trust them to do make it right. I hate this dealership.
