I've been going to Fred Chall for a while now and I know their parts guy( bald and sits on the…read moreright side computer) was ripping me off on the prices ( since they make their own tickets) but I had no other choice given my boat is walking distance but this last time was the limit. I needed a part which cost $30 the guy in the parts counter said $200. (I'm not joking) than to further INSULT and make himself look good in-front of other customers he goes racor wont sell that part under $200 I got two of those parts INCLUDING shipping for 79$. The parts guy didn't know that my friend went there to ask about the part the day before and he quoted him 30$. My friend is white, I'm brown and Muslim. So definitely feeling some racism. I have 3 boats all docked right next to Fred Chall and my purchase history will show how much business I've given this store in the past. Never again. I will drive to another marine supply store than give this store business again. Because of this parts guy this store doesn't deserve even A star but yelp doesn't allow 0 stars. What a asshole

The ladies at the front desk are quite affable, very funny and super efficient. Every time I enter through the gates, I'm amazed at the incredible boats that they are either working on or selling. One day, I'd love to purchase one direct from Al Grover's. In the meantime, I highly recommend them to anyone looking!
