Brought my 2009 Suzuki Blvd. which had major electrical issues from a previous owner (burnt out speed gauge and odometer burnt out relays and non-working LED turn signals). They were very upfront about pricing and what needed to be done. They took their time to explain all the work that needed to be done and what they were charging me for. They restored all the lights back to their original lock which is what I had asked for. I did take the bike there in the off-season which I do believe helped. read more

Very pissed off. The manager sold me the wrong boot for my Atv. Once I had the boot on the axle I realized it was too small and confused. Brought the whole axle in and Stacy and the mechanic looked at it and realized it was the wrong part. So they order t for me. Told me I could swap the part and pay the few dollar difference and the guy who sold it to me could clean the little grease left on it for his mistake. Takes a long time to come in, that's ok tho. I go in to swap it and was completely denied on swapping the part and he wanted me to pay the new part in full. Wow. So your mistake and I pay for it?! Haha no thank you, bad for business and I'll never shop there again for any of the other atvs I have. read more

Waited 2 hours for a new battery only to be told they don't have the battery .. And there was nobody else there .. Staff was arguing over where j should or shouldn't park the bike Apparently they can replace the battery on a Harley but are not allowed to turn it on to see if it works so I would have to go back to turn the bike on just to see if it works or not read more

100 percent fast and reliable service, dont know why theres so many negative reviews, i had a suzuki sv650 that i had maintained and serviced there for 4 years, and now i have a yamaha r1 and i choose to come here over the legit yamaha dealership in hicksville because THEY always give me an attitude, horrible prices for parts, and the run around. Jetsport is to the point and affordable prices when you dont have time to wait for a delivery from an online parts supplier. All the guys know their stuff and know what they're talking about and have helped me diagnose and solve my bike problems for years now. purchased a 2017 rxpx ski From them was told it had no prior damage,had it for 3 weeks didn't use it for 2 weeks (rainy) rode it twice realized it was damaged bought it back to them on the 3rd week To show them the hull was compromised They said they had to investigate it and now said the prior damage was not that bad (after selling it saying it had no damage) they'refinding was I did it and had it in poorly fixed!! AVOID bringing your PWC here for repairs expensive, misdiagnosis and take way too long. No way to water test your machine. We learned the hard way, had to wait a month fo repair, took 2 weeks for the wrong estimate for repairs. Changed their minds after first estimate, turns out their first estimate was correct. We lost over $700.00 bringing our machine here. Very disappointed with our outcome. Don't go through the same as we did. read more

Contacted them about a Suzuki SV650S that they had (found them through Craigslist) spoke to the guy on a Thursday, telling him i wanted to see the bike. Couldn't make it out until Tuesday, but spoke with him that morning, and afternoon to make sure the SV650 was still available, which it was. So i took the hour and a half drive to see the bike. I get there and i see a ton of bikes outside, but i didn't see the SV650 (you'd think it would be outside knowing that someone is going to come look at it) so i walk inside and there it is, tightly stored in between about 6 bikes. So the kid i was in contact with comes over, i introduce myself, he says he'll be with me in a minute. I had to wait for him to come move the other bikes, just so i can sit on the bike. Finally i get to sit on it, and i ask him if i can take it outside for a quick spin, he refused telling me the owner wont allow test rides (isn't the dealership the owner of all the bikes on their sales floor!?!?) So i ask if i can at least just turn it on to hear it, and again he refused! BTW carfax said the bike was in an accident, so i believe that was why he didn't allow me to turn it on, probably wasn't running. Terrible customer service from this place!! If someone is interested in a bike, and notified you they will be coming to look at it, have it ready for viewing! I ended up getting a CB599 on Craigslist for $100 cheaper, and with some goodies like a helmet, gloves lock and cover. You would've had yourself a sale there Walter, too bad! read more

Jetsport Enterprises are a bunch of shysters! DO NOT bring you vehicles to them. I dealt with Sean, and here is the story... Brought my sons 2004 Polaris ATV Predator 90cc to him stating that ATV has no power under load, meaning with someone riding it trying to get up a hill the ATV would rev but not have enough power get up the hill. After talking to Sean and leaving the ATV at Jetsport Sean called me back and told me they couldn't get it running. I told them that was odd and it always started right up. With that I went down to the shop and within 5-6 kicks it started right up. So stupidly I left it there and gave them another shot at it. Week later Sean calls me, come on down to the shop, I'd like to go over the bike and discuss your options. So I go down and he tells me the bike has no compression and the top end needs to be rebuilt, along with that started pointing out other silly things like the plastic parts are loose and I should really consider junking the ATV and purchasing new. I told him its a kids machine and I don't really care about the plastic, but am concerned about the top end engine rebuild. In my mind I thought it was very strange that the bike would need a top end rebuild if it starts right up, run perfectly, but just doesn't have much power. So I said all that to Sean and his suggestion was that well we could start taking the engine apart, but I was looking at the least $300 to take a look at it and to complete the top end rebuild would be somewhere near the $600 range. He seemed sincere, but after thinking it over I decided to stop there and take the ATV to another Polaris service shop for a second opinion. Long story short, I just got the call, ATV is fixed and running great, all it needed was the carburetor cleaning and its running awesome again. Total charge $166.05. Bottom line is Sean and the folks at Jetsport Enterprises in Huntington are a bunch of crooks!!!! Sean saw a clean cut decent guy come into his shop and tried to take advantage. Worse part is, the freaking ATV is for my kids. What a piece of SH$$. read more

Jimmy B I took my 2004 cbr in for insurance job last year. the total was over 3000 dollars in damage needed new plastics ect. I paid for the job picked up the bike. that night the lower belly pan fell halfway off and melted on the exhaust and tire. I took the bike back to them on tuesday and showed shawn that they left a screw out and the damage it had done. he then went on to tell me that the screw was never there I told him the screw was there I have the pictures. he then said I will look into it and see what I can do and had his mechanic put the screw back in to the lower plastic. he has lead me on for months and I still do not have the plastic replaced. I just stop back in on tuesday march 28th and ask where is my part and they said they're not going to do anything for me. let this serve as a lesson to all of you with motorcycles out there that jetsport of huntington does not stand behind there work the owner billy is a con artist and their service manager sean is a scumbag. they will be seeing me in small claims court ! read more

I don't like making negative reviews but I felt I just have to here. The customer service and attitude is just, well should I say it? "Long Island!" They are pretty incompetent and yet they have attitude! LOL! They have ordered the wrong things, try to steer me to parts I don't want but they had in stock and/or at better margin. They keep inferior products IMHO and top parts, lubricants etc.. must be ordered at a super premium. i have never left there thoroughly satisfied and yet all that is required for that would be a somewhat friendly attitude and upfront honesty regarding the sourcing of what I need. Instead I get unfriendly, attitude ridden opinions that are never my best option. They are only interested in selling new stuff and heaven help those who want service from them after the fact. I travel often and deal with some other dealerships from other parts of the country, wish they were here as they understand what i am looking, tell me the truth upfront and are true enthusiast like myself. So my advice is to look elsewhere or buy online as I now do! read more
