I've waited over ten days for a response from management after an employee added an item I did not purchase onto my sales total. I documented the whole experience with pics etc. They said they would call me. As they haven't I am proceeding with the BBB. While I was there I also witnessed them racial profiling customers. My god this store is fuc*ing mayhem. I get nauseous just thinking about it. I have been here a couple of times, once because I was curious and once because my kid dragged me here. Cathleen did not have very good customer service today. She over charged me for a product because she did not input the correct information. I didnt even leave the store yet with the merchandise and she wouldn't fix the problem. I believe she could be over charging other customers as well. Overall, the store is expectedly disorganized, however one of the employees made the experience of several customers particularly unpleasant. Sharon provided me with inaccurate information for the store's exchange policy over the phone, and she intentionally gaslighted multiple customers by implying that we are ignorant to store policy and we would all attempt disingenuous exchanges. I can understand why the staff has developed a certain level of briskness in their customer interactions, but Sharon's animosity toward everyone will negatively impact any customer's experience at the store. read more

The employees are very rude. Store was closing, there trying to get everyone out. While talking to "friends" at their registers. One of the ladies were very rude to a customer that went out to get his wallet and came back in. The guy at the door let him in but the cashier told him, he needs to stay out once the door was locked. BUT the door wasn't locked and they let him back in. Sometimes I want to buy things on the cheap. I get that sometimes stores that sell cheap products are not always the best. One could argue that is the fun in going to these places. Not Dirt Cheap. Dirt Cheap looks like someone had a stall at a flea market and thought it would be a good idea to upscale to a store, but did not mentally prepare for this upgrade. In the numerous times I have been to dirt cheap, I have always been disappointed by the disorganized mess they call a store. Products are placed everywhere with sense of organization. I look in the bins they have, and can't tell what products are suppose to be in the bins and what where left in them. The shelves are stuffed with product, but not at all organized. In fact some product are even damaged. I get that this is bargain store and that some product will be damaged on arrival. Except I suspect this is not the case. On one trip I saw a customer take a package, open it up, dump everything out into the bin, and walk away. That shocked me. What shocked me even more was that none of the employees did anything about it. So basically the employees don't care about their own product. To be fair it was the holiday season. Plus the clothes on the racks are organized. But that's just it, only the clothes are organized. This place needs to clean up and organize the rest of their product, maybe even hire security to protect their product from being damaged. The last thing I need while shopping at a store is seeing damaged product. That might be acceptable at a flea market, but not at an actual store. Even if it is dirt cheap. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. It is disgusting in this store..hard to call it a store more like a junk yard. I swear when I walked in I felt like I had to immediately get out because I would have brought bed bugs back home from that place. Everything is used, and beat up. A lawn mower full of grass used for probably years before it was dropped there. Sofas torn up. It looked homelessand pretty much things found that people throw in the dumpster or at the ends of the road for trash pickup! It was absolutely disgusting in there! Then not to mention I felt as if they were watching me like I'd steal something! Same guy, didn't even have on a mask watching me acting as if he was doing something by me the entire time I walked around the store. Trust me I do not want to take roaches home or bed bugs for that matter! I work in LP and if someone wants to steal this, they have easy access at a junk yard or trash thrown at ends of roads for free! How is this even a store?!!
