My gutters have needed cleaning for over a year now, but I've put it off. Not very good with heights. But I saw a Groupon for Dirt King and it was 1/2 off their services. Scheduled them to come out and made sure I was home that day. I have a dog who stays outside while I'm not home, so I wanted to make sure he was brought inside and wouldn't interfere with them, or get scared. They arrived on time and made quick work of the gutters, despite my living on a (huge) hill. They were very professional, and knew the best way to get everything done. Purchased a Groupon for interior car cleaning for him and it was 3 days before he replied and only AFTER i asked a second time. The date he had available was a month out. I explained that we had just discovered that my 7 year old was allergic to the puppy we had gotten and I needed to clean our car from all dog hair asap to avoid her having continuous allergic reactions, to which he replied that that was the first date he had available. Bought Groupon voucher. $150 for interior exterior detail. Eddie and his helper know nothing about detailing and wrecked my car. Pressure washing it like it's aluminum siding and randomly spraying wax over everything, dirty towels, didn't know how to wash mats, awful choking nasty perfume smell left in the car. I finally asked him to stop and he got confrontational with me. I had to insist he leave my property. Made a police report since he was so in my face. Now I have to pay to have all the things he did wrong redone properly. In addition I'm afraid he may have damaged my engine so I have to pay a mechanic to check it out. Please do not waste your time and money with this company. They are very unorganized and unprofessional. They run Groupon specials; however they are unable to provide the service. You have to text to get a response and it maybe 3-4 days later. My guess is they are and up and coming business with little to know knowledge or experience in customer service. read more

By the way, I get regular car cleans, and it's only 4 year old Lexus with no oxidation. I called them to ask about details about this business, they mentioned not to buy Groupon and pay Groupon price, and they will help them better as they loose money in commission with Groupon. They have cleaned car for 90 days and told me that it's done. After my inspection, I got surprised that they left lot of dirt, and showed them the spots they around the car at different spots where it was coming when I wipe with fingers, I asked them to clean that, and they they wiped only one spot, and rushed saying that they have to leave to go another location, and did not clean other spots. I asked them to clean, they said for $150, that's all they do detail. I will list pictures/videos you'll laugh. Then i thought, it's my mistake giving my car to unprofessional folks, and paid them, and let them me go as I don't want waste another minute of time. read more
