I agree with the previous review, this must be under new management because I did not have a good experience with them. We called them for Christmas lights and I explained everything I wanted, and when they came it was only half of what we talked about. they told me they would charge me for install take down and light rentals, which I paid. After they were finished with the job and I went to pay them I was shocked at what a poor job it was. I asked them if they could come back and finish the job, which they scheduled me for the following week to finish the job we had already discussed. They never showed up. Not only that but they never even showed up to take down their lights! so we paid for a service that was never completed, was half the agreed upon project, and never removed. Don't use! This is not the same company. This company Has new owners. It was purchased by someone else this year and they are not reliable. I contacted them back in September and scheduled installation of Christmas lights two weeks ago. They couldn't do it because of the rain and said they would be back in a few days as soon as soon as rain stopped. They've ghosted me and do not return calls or text. I received a notice of non-renewal from Liberty Mutual due to alleged "mildew, mold, algae" on my roof. I was very confused about it and had no idea that this was a thing - and that it was now my thing. I searched online and found Dirt-Shock. They knew exactly what was going on and exactly how to fix it. Seemed a bit silly as I don't think it affects roof quality, however I needed to deal with it. I got multiple quotes from companies on yelp but not many had many or great reviews. My insurance agent said to check out Dirt-Shock and I'm so glad he did. I booked it with ease and they were right in line with some of the lowest quotes (some were even twice as high that I got from yelp). Maciej came out on the appointed day and even arrived a few minutes early which nowadays whenever most techs come out they are always late if they show up at all. Almost three years ago became a home owner in Anaheim and the house came with 17 solar panels.
