I came here to get my graduation sash embroidered but what I asked for versus what I got was quite…read moredisappointing. The font and sizing did not match the photo I showed them or the mockup they created. They also did not contact me to let me know it was finished. I would've spent more money to get a new one done but I sewed my sash together myself and my graduation is this weekend. Pretty sad about that but oh well. I didn't tell them anything since I didn't see what it looked like till I got home.

I was a recipient of a huge act of kindness today. I took a handful of my mom's stockings to be…read moreembroidered because my native Hawaiian friend Val, who lost everything in the Lahaina wildfire, needs to have a MERRY Christmas. So much loss. When I picked them up today, there was no charge by the company. In fact, there was the bag of beautifullly and thoughtfully embroidered stockings and gift cards for Val and her family. I was in shock. I think I started crying and the owner gave me a hug. What a wonderful business this is. When I dropped off the stockings, I told them why I was embroidering them; that my mom had gifted Val, her husband and kids stockings many many years ago, and they were burned up in the fire. People are good. So grateful to have found this gem of a business. They made a difference.

August 15th, 2018: Called them, spoke to a rep, asking for a…read morebanner to be made asap before a major event. Got confirmation of my design, pricing and timing for production on August 16th. Banner missed the deadline and I dropped by to find no one at either of their locations. November 13th, 2018: Received a call from the owner, Michael Lombard, with an apology for dropping the ball on the banner order. He offered me 6 free t-shirts. I followed up with an email to request the shirts and I offered more $ for a heavier fabric option as an upgrade. As of November 27th, I had not heard back and made a call to inquire. November 28th, 2018: Received a call from Michael, the owner. I had to remind him of his previous phone call, which he'd forgotten. I inquired about the upgraded shirt weight and was met with an offer to pay for the shirts. At that point, I told him, "You dropped the ball the first time, and now it's been dropped again, I have no interest in working with someone who keeps dropping balls..." to which he replied, "You have my number..."
