I came here to get my graduation sash embroidered but what I asked for versus what I got was quite disappointing. The font and sizing did not match the photo I showed them or the mockup they created. They also did not contact me to let me know it was finished. I would've spent more money to get a new one done but I sewed my sash together myself and my graduation is this weekend. I was a recipient of a huge act of kindness today. I took a handful of my mom's stockings to be embroidered because my native Hawaiian friend Val, who lost everything in the Lahaina wildfire, needs to have a MERRY Christmas. So much loss. When I picked them up today, there was no charge by the company. In fact, there was the bag of beautifullly and thoughtfully embroidered stockings and gift cards for Val and her family. I was in shock. I think I started crying and the owner gave me a hug. What a wonderful business this is. When I dropped off the stockings, I told them why I was embroidering them; that my mom had gifted Val, her husband and kids stockings many many years ago, and they were burned up in the fire. People are good. So grateful to have found this gem of a business. They made a difference. read more

I had recently left a negative review about the service I recieved on our last order. I've done buisness with Sunsplash, dealt with Cody for over 25 years for my roofing company and alway recieved the best service everytime. When I placed my last order I didn't realize the owner was having health problems and was force to sell his buisness causing delays I wasn't aware of. Another reason for my previous review was the garments weren't up to the same quality I had always order. I was in a real pinch this last Saturday and Kainan came to my rescue. My daughter's 16th birthday was coming up, which is a pretty big deal and I realized that the 16th birthday sash that was suppose to be included in my party supply order from Amazon was not there. No time to get a new one so I slipped a note through their door since I could not be there when they opened and explained my situation. Kainan kindly called me back and said he could accommodate me with a shirt similar to the picture I left him. To top it off, have it done the same day. I had SunSplash embroider shirts and hoodies for my small business. The staff was professional and chill. Any questions I had they gave me straight no bs answers and I appreciated that. Reasonable costs and turn around time. The quality of the embroidery (I bought my own shirts/hoodies through other vendors) was excellent. I've only had the shirts for like 2 weeks now but they've been through a few washes and haven't unraveled or anything. I gave them the opportunity for FULL payment up front, they Dropped the ball in the process many times, and then when asked for resolution, I suggested paying HALF the total or the cost of the Embroidery, they only took 50.00 off the price of the shirts. WOW.. never use this place. They are horrible. I just had to save a friends ass because sun splash dropped the ball and didn't even notify him until THE DAY OF THE DEADLINE!!!! I know a guy who is turning the whole project around in less than 24 hours! no idea how to run a business. My other friends said Sun Splash is 2 MONTHS late on their projects. Never go here. This place is wonderful. VERY quick turn around and very helpful staff. I accidently gave the wrong file format for the muslin bags we needed and they called right away to let me know. They were able to get the bags to me quickly and the quality was amazing! It was also incredibly affordable. Sunsplash Failed Me 100% On May 9, 2014 I went to Sunsplash to place an order. I left them 7 Callaway golf shirts to be embroidered and 6 StayCool tee shirts for screen printing. I also ordered 36 additional tee shirts and 12 baseball caps, all with my logo. I also left them with a USB with my logo. Cody said that he needed 14 days to complete the order and it would cost between $800-$900. I gave him my credit card number and told him to "run it" as soon as he had an invoice put together. On Wednesday May 21 (day 12), I called and told his assistant that I had not received an invoice yet and asked about the progress. He checked with Cody and told me that they were waiting for a "stitch count" so they were going to need more time for the embroidering but that they would complete the tee shirt screen printing the same day. I told the assistant that I would pick up the completed tee shirts on Friday (day 14). 3 hours later they sent me an invoice for the tee shirts only by email On Friday May 23 (day 14), I went to Sunsplash and Cody argued that I was NOT promised the shirts by Friday but that he could have the order completed by June 3 (day 25). I told him that he should not have promised a completion date of 14 days if he could not deliver. He told me that the logo was in the wrong format anyways and that I should have given it to him in the right format to begin with. I told him that he just wasted 14 days and I cancelled my order. He handed me back the bag containing the golf shirts I left him. The bag was still sitting in the same spot I had originally left it. Now would be a great time to open a screen printing business here in the desert. Just make sure that you hire enough employees to manage the growing demand and don't over book yourself. I am back to square one and very anxious to wear my logo. read more
