FEDEX Customer beware!! FedEx is a fortune 500 company that is predicated on large domestic and international shipping orders. If the corporations have a problem, FedEx will pay attention to their issues. If you're a little guy you're screwed, aka me. Eight days ago I shipped a parcel to have it overnighted and paid 100 bucks to do so from this venue. The next day I received a email stating that my shipment will be delayed, and not delivered until Friday, so much for the overnight expense. Then I was told my parcel was delivered, however, the intended recipient tells me they have not received it nor has anybody in that office. FedEx now tells me they have opened up an investigation, which they have now closed with no explanation or refund to me, moreover, I'm told I can call customer service, all you will get there is either Haji or Muhammad from Pakistan with whom you cannot understand a word they speak. ( this is intentional on their part ) I am now out $312 plus $100 for shipping & no my only recourse is Yelp and Google review plus fill out a claim on their site that will never get answered. TAKE NOTE! I full on support the vandalization and sabotage of their unattended trucks. read more

I found this place to be quite incredible. They carry all the packing supplies i needed for sending out Christmas packages. And i took my packages to three places before coming here, to compare prices for shipping my gifts to the grand daughters. And i was actually surprised they had the best price for shipping my packages. So i sent the grand daughters Christmas gifts from this store, and will be back next time im mailing a package. read more

If I could leave 0 stars, that would be great. I had a delivery from Walgreens today. Was delivered around 1pm but only notified around 4:30pm. They sent a picture of someone else's house. I was unable to locate the neighbors house. So someone received my whole order. I tried to call FedEx to remediate this and kept getting an automated self service robot. I can't even repurchase my order at the same price because I used a coupon you can only use once a month as well as clippings that work only when bundled. I ended up paying three times as much for my new order. read more

I looked online and saw a variety of prices, but when I got to this store there was only one price: $148 was the cheapest option they informed me. No other choice. Horrible employee worker who helped me a week ago at this La Quinta location. I went there to mail out a package overseas and the worker there was impolite and unprofessional in how she handled the items I gave her to pack and ship for me. She gave awful service and was rude and impatient. She threw my items for shipping on the scale and did not pack them into the box right away. After my brother received the shipment, he sent me pictures of the huge box which was unnecessary and so much filling plus the items I wanted shipped were just thrown haphazardly inside of the box. The charge for boxing and shipping was excessive because the worker did not do her job correctly. Horrible service! I am very disappointed. read more

I stopped in to print a few files off of a jump drive. I never thought it would take so long. Within a few seconds I had the file up on the computer and ready to print. The problem was that I needed heavier high gloss paper to print on. I waited over 5 minutes before the only associate working was able to help me. I then quickly printed what I needed. Then I had to wait again to get my receipt since this location does not have a self serve kiosk. The associate working was friendly, but clearly needed some help. read more

The people here really don't like their job or their customers. We came in saying hello and being friendly. The male at the register seemed to be annoyed with our happy selves. We try to crack some jokes but he wasn't budging. It becomes uncomfortable when you start to feel like you are bothering the person working because you walked in, needed their service and disturbed them from talking. Just left from trying to ship an item in a re purposed box. The box had a small sticker on it and I had no idea what the sticker meant. She told me that she'd have to re box my item (for a fee) in order for her to ship it. I asked if she could just Sharpie over it and she barked "no". I walked out to my truck and peeled this small sticker off that apparently means "flammable". It took me literally a second. The Store Manager there named Mario was very patient with me and explained to me all of my options. They can take care of all your shipping needs, though you're going to pay a premium for premium service. When quality (and a high level of insurance) is needed, go here. It wasn't a big or complicated project, but it was important to get it done properly. It was a busy morning, but Morgan was able to balance helping others and assisting me too. She spent some time going over what my needs were and making small necessary recommendations where needed. I felt comfortable when I saw her making notes. She told me she'd have the prints done later in the day. I came back later, she presented the final printing.
