He kept repeating that "There's one of two ways I can help you". (Pointing to the sign) I could sign up for the $99/monthly service or pay $150 and he will clean out the phone". I was prepared to pay the $150. But I just had a couple questions! Again he cut me off and repeated his offer. I got visibly upset. I asked if he was the owner & he said No. I asked who was the owner and he said he did not have to reveal that information... I left and went to the place I used to go before I found them last year. Shared with Cassie my need for a propane tank and propane to run my Generac to refill my lithium batteries when the sun isn't shining. She immediately gave me the contact information for John and told me if we did do so something she would be the driver servicing my Ferrell Gas Account. Was very impressed with the prompt response from John. He was very informative and understood my needs and gave me a quote for a solution. Today the last Ferrell Gas team member, Scott, just left my property. He showed this morning ready for the install and a "can do" attitude about to how to make the install work best for me. I appreciated Scott's patience in making sure everything including the generator was operational before leaving the property, So very pleased with the whole process and Ferrell Gas team I just asked John for another quote for another propane tank or two to do other things on the property.

This response to the review is the first indication that they were not just ignoring us! Communication is very poor and owner refuses to return our calls or give us any indication that he is working on the claim till I guess now in response to a review. Very frustrating way to communicate.
