I need my phone to unlock many parts of my remote job through multi-factor authentication. The thought of being without it through the Memorial Day weekend was overwhelming. John began by RESISTING the repair because screens are pricey and I may have been able to get it "free" through Asurion. He offered to diagnose, and used his own stock to test whether a new screen would fix my problem. He really wanted me to try to not spend all that money... so offered a "rental" to get me through. He again did everything he could to not charge extra, and helped transfer by hooking up that spare (new!) screen he had temporarily to access my broken phone. I walked out with my rental, and Verizon continued to disappoint. There were issues at Verizon with enabling the spare phone, so I returned near closing time to tell John I just needed to pay for the screen. John insisted on applying the rental money, having only had it for 2 hours, to the screen replacement. There is no doubt this company cares about its community and doing the best job without charging more than necessary. When my repair was done, John stayed late to do the work for another family who showed up during my repair before closing. John then recommended a better insurance than Asurion that would have solved my issue without dealing with Vegas and Verizon.

Man was so rude & pushy. Would not let me ask any questions. Just kept interrupting me, even after I explained that I just got out of the hospital and my mind was a bit foggy. He kept repeating that "There's one of two ways I can help you". (Pointing to the sign) I could sign up for the $99/monthly service or pay $150 and he will clean out the phone". I was prepared to pay the $150. But I just had a couple questions! Again he cut me off and repeated his offer. I got visibly upset. I asked if he was the owner & he said No. I asked who was the owner and he said he did not have to reveal that information... I left and went to the place I used to go before I found them last year. I will forever share my experience and refer people to anywhere but there! I went to the place I used to go before and it turned out I JUST HAD TO CHANGE MY GOOGLE PASSWORD! No charge!

    What a team! I was…read moreat the Seligman General Store filling propane tanks when Cassie from Ferrell Gas showed up to refill the Ferrell Gas tank at the Seligman General Store. Shared with Cassie my need for a propane tank and propane to run my Generac to refill my lithium batteries when the sun isn't shining. She immediately gave me the contact information for John and told me if we did do so something she would be the driver servicing my Ferrell Gas Account. Was very impressed with the prompt response from John. He was very informative and understood my needs and gave me a quote for a solution. Today the last Ferrell Gas team member, Scott, just left my property. He showed this morning ready for the install and a "can do" attitude about to how to make the install work best for me. I appreciated Scott's patience in making sure everything including the generator was operational before leaving the property, So very pleased with the whole process and Ferrell Gas team I just asked John for another quote for another propane tank or two to do other things on the property.

    I had a gas leak with the on/off valve on my propane tank. I called Ferrellgas first thing in the…read moremorning on Friday 11/8 and they responded within a couple of hours as they were located about 95 miles from my location. The tech that responded was Aaron Maxwell and he was outstanding in his knowledge and efficiency in getting the problem resolved. The person who took the call (I don't recall her name) was also excellent and very customer service oriented.
