so i come home to find this company removing a dumpster from…read morenew construction. the dumpster is clearly overloaded, so the driver decides to throw about 2 yards worth of the trash on to the ground, so called the number on truck to let them know and the lady annie told me to mind my business if i had a problem call the builder, well the builder wasnt the one to throw all the trash on the ground which will now end up all over my lawn and my neighbors. next email is to bbb and the consumer protection bureau. oh then when i got out to get the permit box info to call the builder also , the driver got out and tried to threaten me but he decided better and was just very verbally nasty.

Next, they stripped, cleaned, and resealed my paver driveway. I would like to add some context to my driveway project. A few months back, I had my driveway cleaned and sealed by a different company. The previous crew did not remove all of the old sealer, and they they sloppily applied new sealer over top of the old. It looked horrible. Of note, that job took 3 days. When Darren came out for the driveway estimate, he told me he could fix it. I was dubious, but after seeing the work they did on my pool deck, I decided to let them proceed with the driveway. Clean Master did what they said they would. They were able to remove ALL of the old sealer, and they applied a fresh coat of sealer to a clean driveway. Clean Master took 1 day to complete the driveway strip/seal, and it came out looking great. I appreciate when a company holds true to their word. I would not hesitate to hire Clean Master again, and I will do so in the future.

They called their boss and said they could do $1,500 instead, like they were doing us a favor.
