I was so excited about the possibilities but, sadly, have spent the last year repairing, recovering and replanting almost all of what they did. I now know the job was too large for their experience and skill level although they seemed to have all the answers before installation began. Plants needing shade were planted in full sun and were scorched in no time, plants needing sun were planed in shade and did not thrive, and trees were planted so deeply the root balls were smothered and for lack of nutrients and oxygen were slowly going to die. After paying curb Appeal thousands of dollars for a pitiful design and worse workmanship I could not get their attention to at least review the problems. They have no work ethic, limited communication skills and an inability to admit error and offer corrective action. They may be a good option for small yard tasks but not for landscape design and certainly not maintenance unless restricted to mowing.
