I was traveling to Georgia to visit family an decided to stop to get my car wash at Dirty Dog. Once I pulled over to the Vaccum side of the car wash I notice large scratches on my car that was not there before. I made the attendant (Mira Ray) aware of the issue. We both took pictures of the noticeable scratches on my vehicle on 12/18. Mira stated that someone would be reaching out to me soon after further investigation has been done. I have been through multiple car wash an NEVER have i ran into this issue.I have tried calling the number she gave me and emailing the company many of times an still have NOT received a response back from anyone. They are HORRIBLE! I went there one day, to wash our truck, there was a big bodied young lady standing at the kiosk, saying something, I didn't pay too much attention to her and I guess she black listed the truck from because I didn't speak to or respond to her!!! She wrote the reason is because I cussed at her!!! I NEVER said one word to the pos!!!! My hubby was there, he knew I said NOTHING to this pos employee!!! The price of a regular wash is affordable they do have memberships if you go enough. The wash it'self does a good job and the vacuum area is large and half covered so I look for the shade. The place is an easy place in town to pull in and get a quick wash. For Halloween last year they had scary characters nights in the car wash for a small fee. For covid times this was such a great idea these guys are awesome read more

USER BEWARE! I highly recommend NOT using Dirty Dogs Carwash for your car washing needs. Damaged my passenger side door! It took a week before anyone from the company to respond to me. They acted like not to worry we will take care of it to only a day later call me to tell me I'm sorry I missed spoke the company has denied your claim. Basically you are S.O.L! Business practice like this ...hopefully they will shut down! Lesson Learned! Never again. read more

Read the terms on the disclaimer board before you go through the carwash. If your car gets broken during the wash,they will not repair it. Even though they had the incident on video,they refused to fix it. They seemed to be concerned,until they weren't. Don't use them unless your car passes all points on the "disclaimer board" . Took my truck through the Dirty Dog in Calhoun Georgia drive to Tennessee and found out my bumper and tag had both been ripped off the back of my truck!!! Called and asked it was maybe there and they asked the tag number I said Seriously you have more than 1 tag " Yea we have a whole stack of tags" ???? But we do have one with a whole bumper on it!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! read more

I went through the car wash and i was getting out to clean it when i notice that my antenna was missing. i didn't know what to do since this was my first time going through a car wash so i went back and told them about it. the manager didn't even come out to talk to me they just sent a "messenger" and he said all he could do was give me a free car wash ticket that expires in 2 days! they didn't even let me get an insurance form to fill out or anything, just an receipt for a free car wash that expires in TWO DAYS! i'm never coming here again that's for sure read more
