Very rude employees (2) at start of wash. I had a question at the check in kiosk. They came to help(?) but did not answer my question, just tried to grab my credit card out of my hand INSIDE OF MY CAR. Yes, I am a senior citizen, but one functioning well, and educated to a doctor degree. The next day that credit card was hacked! Any connection? I don't know. But I do know that there are now TWO other car washes in town! Think of that in choosing one next time. read more

The best carwash around!! All the others in the area seem to always have equipment issues. This one gets my car spotless with no issues.

Poor customer service from kids that can barely articulate words. After witnessing the red headed guy yelling at the drivers of the 3 cars that went before me (because he said they couldn't follow his hand gestures to line up on the track) I guess I can't be surprised that he did the same to me. His feeble attempt at directions consisted of him wiggling his fingers randomly and talking over the hood of my car to another guy....I wasn't expecting Army Ranger hand gestures but simple pointing with one finger would've been sufficient. So when I stopped my car to ask what in the world the wiggly fingers meant, he proceeded to yell that I too, like all the others, couldn't follow his simple directions. Interesting how he was the common denominator in all of those situations. I wouldn't risk damaging my car to return to this car wash as they have no leadership and I can imagine management matches their lackadaisical attitudes. I'll go down the road to any of the other 3 car washes within a mile of them. read more

Took my 2002 Silverado here to get a quick clean up. The paint is dull on it and a few small scratches and I'm not worried running it through a automated car wash. When I got through and checked out my truck found a pretty bad scratched up spot. No big deal on this old truck but thought I should step inside and notify someone that a piece of their equipment might need adjusting. I have never heard more excuses and denials in my life. I assured them that I was not seeking any compensation but would hate for a nicer vehicle than mine to get damaged. Still in denial. Paid $25 to have the ceramic wash and literally my vehicle was still covered in dirt and dust after going through. The one guy who was working didn't even spray off the right side of my vehicle before entering the wash. Had to completely detail my vehicle when I got home to get it looking somewhat clean. The last time I needed my oil changed, I asked my father to teach me how to do it. I had to drive to the back of the house near the pasture, which left tiny scratches on my doors. I almost drove over the blocks we were using to elevate my car, and then my father couldn't dislodge the oil filter and decided we just wouldn't change it. This time, I went to Appleshine. Every time during the week I attempted to go there, it looked like they closed at 5:00, so I decided to go on a Saturday. I purchased a full service oil change, and I got a free car wash. It didn't include any interior cleaning, but I was SOOO happy to have the exterior washed. I don't think I'll be changing my oil for myself as long as this place is around. read more

The car wash its self was very good. But you better hide anything you want to keep. I had a Army Veterans hat that disappeared when I got my car back. I called the store and they assured me that no one there was a thief but I know my hat is gone. It may not be much to some but this one ment a lot to me. It was on the top of my briefcase when I got out of the car and it was no where to be found once I got back in. Dissappointed that someone would steal something like that. Price for car wash increased 45%, from $10.99 to $16.00. It was the lowest option I could select to get inside and outside cleaned. Also - you now have to get the clear protectant which I don't want so I guess I'll have find another car wash. read more

We got a full service oil change (36.99) an extra quart of oil, an air filter change, and inside/outside detail plus tip for $70. More than I expected to pay, but I don't mind paying for a good job. Everyone was nice, the whole process was fast, and the car looks great. Will definitely go again. read more

Went by here to get my truck washed today and was very disappointed. Prices increased by 45% and their service decreased 100%. The lowest price now for a exterior interior clean is $16 which includes things like clear coat protection that I do not want or recommend. I went ahead and got a 5 dollar wash which use to include a towel dry no longer does. I have had many vehicles washed here in the past and received good service for a good price. But after today they got the last of my business. When you try to rip your customers off they will no longer be your customer. read more
