The potato itself was unseasoned, and the Cajun sauce was poured on so heavily that it overwhelmed the dish rather than complementing it. The grilled chicken also tasted somewhat processed. I ended up adding sea salt just to finish the meal. I didn't personally try the salad, but my relative said it was good, although it could have used a bit more dressing.
