It was quite concerning because the dog was agitated and became restless and the owner appeared to be indifferent to the dog's needs. The waitress that served this customer may have been dating this customer because she sat at the table with him and held a full conversation while we were there. Extremely slow (time is money in the moving industry) because they get tired quick and are not professionals, they are the owner's homeboys and/or family, the trailer dips which caused us to have to take the first load way too early, so now I have to pay for two trips because of this dude's questionable trailer he probably borrowed or got off of FB Marketplace. These dude's arrived around 10 am and finished a two bedroom two bath apartment move from the 3rd floor at midnight. This is unacceptable for a professional moving crew of 3 dudes. He proceeded to go get lunch and said he would deduct 30 minutes of time off the bill but later forgot. The ironic part is when we arrived to storage to unload, there was a retired professional mover observing them from a distance. An hour later, he starts giving them unloading and packing tips. Let's just say that did not go over well. If you want to spend money, wonder why you do the things you do in life such as hiring these dude's, be extremely disappointed and let down, and lipbox about why they are advertising for what they are NOT qualified to do, well, these are your dudes. Look at the other review by someone else. These dudes are horrible and unfit for the job. Oh, and while these other guys do the heavy lifting, the owner walks around trying to get more business.
