Since they were in the area, we figured it wouldn't hurt to get a quote. Before we could even finish explaining what we needed, they said they only do full installs. They weren't willing to quote us for the deck roof or gutters despite reaching out to us with their flyer. If they're not interested in smaller jobs, that's their choice, but it says a lot. They solicited us, we were ready to give them business, and they dismissed us. That's not the kind of company I want to trust with my home or any warranty down the line. Glad we found out early how they operate.

Several of the large trees were in between two sets of power lines and required precise dropping of trees in tight spaces without damaging property. Instead of carefully lowering the trees, they were simply dropped onto my yard, causing significant damage and leaving large holes throughout my lawn. The cleanup was also disappointing. Debris was left behind, and another company had to come remove the wood. The stump grinding has been especially frustrating. The crew has returned three separate times, yet several stumps are still sticking above ground, and the work remains unfinished. The most disappointing part has been the lack of communication. After multiple attempts to have the remaining issues addressed, I no longer receive any response. I understand that problems can happen on any job, but standing behind your work and communicating with your customers is what matters most. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Because of the poor workmanship, property damage, incomplete cleanup, and lack of follow-up, I would not recommend Mori Tree Service.
