This was back in the summer of 2021; I initially wrote a review on his business Facebook profile. However, he somehow managed to remove my review (along with several other 1 star reviews) and proceeded to block me. What I hired him for: leveling my property, ripping up existing contractors grass and weeds (new build), and re-seeding my lawn. What I got: a massive and dangerous drop from my back door to my backyard, a completely unsupported central AC unit, a yard that looked more bald than a 90 year old man, and tons of remaining weeds. In addition to the $7,500 I paid him, I had to shell out thousands more to have someone build stairs as well as a support for the AC. I will eventually have to pay even more for someone to come rectify the unlevel ground under my deck.
