We had other contractors also doing work. He was able to coordinate his work with the other trades. He was able to coordinate our fixtures with a local supplier, even to the point of helping us with a device that was broken in shipment. If I ever have need for a plumber, I'm calling Master Plumbing and asking for Jim. I will wait a bit, if possible, so he can do the repair.
