They sent me a receipt to my email confirming another day that I reserved the room. I never reserved the room again though. Management to this point has failed to make themselves available for a conversation regarding their customer. The only time I was able to speak to management was regarding a question I had for additional resources for the room (I.e microphone, podium, tv). Very disappointed. I will no longer be hosting events here. Along with that I am filing a complaint with the BBB. They should not be able to conduct business in this unethical way.

I won't lie here, this building is disgusting. It stinks, it's dirty, the elevator had seen better days. I questioned myself about us waiting for him outside, but we went along anyway. Our business took but a few minutes, however, our first impression of this place remained. It's just NASTY. I have no comment on service or personnel. I would not care to ever have to go there again, but unfortunately this is the building we were assigned to. The employee assisting me was professional and helpful, and my business was completed so quickly that I was out the door about 10 minutes later. Highly recommend making an appointment!
