Great first experience. I saw Denise for botox injectable's and she was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. They price per area, which is different than the per unit price I'm used to coming from San Francisco - but the pricing is fair and pretty consistent from what I'm used to. I like that the shop prices per area because it's 1-2$ cheaper per unit that way. The practice building is extremely clean and well kept, and I can tell they like being there and enjoy what they do. I've had a few negative experiences here. My last visit I was injected with a lip filler that flattened my smile and covered my teeth. I had to go back and have some dissolved. 2 years later lip is still flat. I ended up having a lip lift with Dr Tate, who I would recommend over this place, for all your cosmetic needs. My age should have told them I needed a lift instead of just filler. They are a money hungry facility that will do whatever, just to get paid, without recommending what you really need. All this, plus no medical Dr on site. I don't care that he's in another state and will be there to help in 2+ hours. *if you have dark spots on your face, save yourself, and go to Dr Krafert in the same complex and he will liquid nitrogen them off in 2 seconds and you see immediate results, unlike their laser therapy that could make your spots even darker. Yeah, you get no refund on that when it happens! read more

I had a Halo laser treatment a few month ag and I have to say I did not get the results I had hoped for. It was pretty expensive and I had expected more. The laser treatment is fantastic but other than Julie you pay $250.00 supposedly for 20 minutes I believe in the chair with continuous treatment but by my watch I was in the chair for 13 minutes.. that's very pricey.. I've had 4 sessions and I haven't seen a drastic difference..for paying over $1.300 I should have gotten better results but I do know with the treatments I have received I should have seen better results.. the nurse was more worried about my face being red than anything and was the least of my worries as it goes away in a couple hours .. employees very stuck up and not very welcoming read more

In the summer of 2016, I had a consultation for fraxel. I had plenty of research under my belt and felt that this would be better for me. The consultation went well but I had to wait until the fall/winter time for the procedure. There was a scheduling issue (new staff) and I had to be on top of them to fix it. On my appointment date I met the doctor and the staff member doing the procedure. I was numbed and waited almost two hours before they started the procedure. During the procedure I felt that my cheeks were neglected but I thought that maybe it was the numbing cream or that since this is my first time, this was normal. I did see that there was a note in my chart stating my cheeks where my concern. A cream and sunscreen were placed on my face and I went home. I had minimal discomfort after the procedure but the area near my hair line hurt during the procedure as not enough numbing cream was placed there. I was instructed to leave the sunscreen and cream on my face until the next day. BIG MISTAKE!! It crept into my eyes in the middle of the night and by morning my eyes were in pain! Additionally, I started to break out ALL OVER THE PLACE (except my cheeks). This was the worst breakout of my life !!!!!!!!!!! The third through the fifth days were the worst! I was EXTREMELY itchy! I would wake up in the middle of the night in pain as I was scratching my face in my sleep. MY FACE IS NOW COVERED IN NEW SCARS!! They acne and the itching/ scratching in my sleep resulted in new dents on my face, mostly on my chin, temples, forehead and jawline (where she concentrated on during the procedure). DO NOT KEEP OR USE THEIR FACE CREAM! I feel it clogged my pores and lead to my experience. Use a light moisturizer! I could see where the laser went over my skin as it left tiny holes. The holes had blood in them so it looked like tiny dirt spots all over my face EXCEPT MY PROBLEM AREA - my cheeks. Clearly the area I had the most concern with was neglected!!! Why? It was in my chart that my cheeks were my concern. In the end, I now have new scars on my face and they have my money. they took pictures of my face but do not schedule post-op appointment. Why take a picture if you don't care about what I look like after the procedure? The tried to get me to do micro needling but kits are available online for $15 and there are plenty of forums on how to do micro needling. Why would I pay $350 a session of this? Maybe they knew they weren't great with fraxel and wanted me to do something else? Maybe they thought micro needling would be better for me? Either way my research points to fraxel being the more effective treatment. I wasn't expecting a miracle but I didn't anticipate that my skin would get worse!! Big disappointment!!!! They are EXTREMELY nice folks but maybe need more practice and follow up with your clients so you can get their feedback and improve your business. read more

i really like this place. all the women there are super sweet and down to earth. went out of their way to make me comfortable. some offices like this are like an episode of mean girls. i spent 2000. for lips and wrinkles around my mouth. i think i would gave been better off saving more as my jowls and a scar on my forehead were not addressed. the syringes covered all she could but i wanted the saggy face gone as well. next time i'll bring more $$. they were great and now with a better idea i'll know what to ask for next time.. read more

This business should do a disappearing act especially when it comes to their tattoo removal. It's a rip off and the tattoo does not fade at all. They charge a fortune with no visual results whatsoever. This is the second time it's happened that I know of. Go somewhere else if you need tattoos. Go out of town to get them removed if you can. They couldn't even remove an inch tattoo and charged way over a hundred dollars. Don't fall for their Pico laser! It's worthless! They state you have to wait 2-3 months to see the tattoo disappear. I used to really like it here and was a botox regular.i always get the same amount of botox so i bring the exact amount cash that i know i need.last time i went in it was more and i asked why and they told me prices had went from 10-12 a unit.no one ever told me prices had went up.i had to run to my car to get a credit card,cause i then didnt have enough cash.i was not happy they didnt notify when i made appt that prices were going up. So i no longer go there,they are too expensive, other places in town are more reasonably priced.they are getting too expensive unfortunately.so i have recruited my group of friends to go somewhere else for our botox now. Also,there prices on other various treatments are very high. I gave it 4 stars cause it is a nice office&friendly people working there. read more
