She was extremely helpful with all the questions I had and was attentive to my needs while educating me on the various products and solutions for my skin issues. Recently had the pleasure of speaking with the team at Artistry, and was pleasantly surprised with their level of communication, professional skill, and dedication to the final outcomes. My wife has had some lip fillers (juvaderm, I believe) from others, but her Artistry experience was far and above the best she's had. They explained what needs to be done to achieve the results she sought, did the initial injections, and then told her to be sure to come back when it was all healed for final touch ups to get the balance she wants. In addition, at that time she received a consult about cold sculpting. Very different procedure, but she's just had that done as well, and couldn't have been happier with the process, the care she was given, and the professionalism of her "sculptor" (if that's the term? ‍) It's been a wonderful experience, and the end results are worth the cost and time spent. Dr. Farley is by far the best and the most sweetest lady. Not only did she fill my lips perfectly she took the time to converse with me about my personal life every visit and gave some great advise. She treated me so well I'm pondering what else I could do just so I can go back and visit with her. The girls in front are beyond sweet and so helpful. I've been so conflicted about what to post bc I really did favor this clinic and don't want to post out of anger. I always looked forward to my appointments. However, after today, I would implore the staff to trust their clients. That when they say they couldn't step out of an urgent work meeting that happened last minute and lasted well into their appointment, to trust them. Not punish, demean, and devalue them verbally. It was so hurtful to be treated so inhumanely by people you trusted your well being to for so long. I would encourage them to come up with a better accountability for clients who really not show up to their appointments. And even consider a better scheduling process. It's sad for me to break ties with this clinic, but I truly hope they really evaluate their process and posture with the community around them. read more

Great place to have in Redding and seemingly nice people, BUT, they have a very poor system for no-shows that displays their true colors. If you don't show up for your appointment, for any reason, they will lecture you for 10 minutes on why they are charging you a $50 no-show fee. My wife had the appointment and had an important work call that came up. Because of that she ran late (which equals a no-show) and they refused to waive the no-show fee. So, I called and talked to the supervisor, Cara, and she had the nerve to lecture me as well on why they have a no-show policy and why there is no leeway. Yes Cara, we get it. Perhaps do some self reflection on your internal systems (there is a better way) and please spare future "rule breakers" from your egotistical lectures. Thanks for reminding me why doctors and medical practices are of upmost importance at the expense of the clients. $$ comes first. Maybe that's just limited to practices like yours though. read more

Just had a bad experience! The staff person that I spoke to on the phone was rude and condescending to me. I was upset and instead of being understanding and kind she was aggressive and adamant. I might have gone back at a later time if this had been handled differently but after the phone conversation I just had I would not feel comfortable.
