They price per area, which is different than the per unit price I'm used to coming from San Francisco - but the pricing is fair and pretty consistent from what I'm used to. Customer service is horrible. They try whatever they can to not fill a prescription. We have experienced long wait times and sometimes you're waiting when you think it's being filled, only to find out that for whatever reason they were not able to fill it, and they don't call and inform you, wasting your time and when you're sick can be the worst. I'm sure part of the problem is that they're busy and understaffed, but when they say they were filling a prescription for you, only to find out that it was not being filled - I feel it's not OK.
