The Doc gave a personal call when COVID-19 struck to let me know that my appointment would have to be delayed. Several weeks went by, work on my end also became very busy and I decided to wait on my laser treatment until the chaos of the world settles in a bit. I definitely could save my money until then. I requested for Renew to issue me a refund. No problem. I got my $900.00 back in full. Great customer service. I will be a returning customer. This is how it's done. So Disappointed! Have had several procedures here over the years and now I wouldn't recommend this service or Dr. to anyone. I find now they treat you like a source of income rather than a client they care about. Paying for these procedures is expensive and I found out the laser treatment went on sale 2 days after I received it...saving 800.00. I can understand missing the sale but what I don't understand is the misleading and lying when I inquired about sales on their website (not updated) promotional features, and calling their office twice to inquire about this procedure before I had it.( as I know they regularly offer this discount.) Really? The manager doesn't know scheduling two days ahead of time? Needless to say when I found out this info I called the office, stopped in to inquire to see the manager and the Dr. Absolutely no respect or response. read more

Service is SLOW! Expect to be there for at least an hour. Staff very friendly, place clean and professional. Second time here with my son and our appointment was at 9:30.....9:55 still waiting to be seen by the doctor for a 5 minute check up. Makes one wonder if places like these pack in as many people as possible for the cash. read more

I went to Renew's grand opening at their new location on Placer, in Redding. It was called "Day of Beauty". Though I had never been to Renew, I was amazed at how kind the staff were. Everyone was able to answer any questions I had & everyone was very friendly. During my initial visit, I brought my husband as I was very nervous. He was allowed to accompany me during my procedure which was quick. The nurse and her assistant were very kind and explained the process before the got to work. As they worked, they explained each step which made me feel more comfortable than just zipping through the procedure. The receptionists are very kind and friendly as well and there is very little to no wait time upon arrival for appointments. Renew offers a well rounded line of products which meet most people's needs. I have been back several times & each time I am always pleased as they remember my name and always run on schedule. Personal attention to customers is important to me as is my time. I appreciate that the staff at Renew also values personal attention and time. read more
