The staff at the check in window couldn't be bothered with patients. And the nurses never select patients to go back based on their appointment time. I think they just pick up a clip board and call names out. Also they don't answer the phones right away. Callers are forced to go thru a frustratingly slow and sloppy menu that often leads to voice mail - and then you end up calling again because they never seem to call back. I wish Dr Weaver would hire a practice manager and staff that respected appointment times and answered the phones!

We where told to take the blood order to children's hospital, which we did. No one from Quest , Children's or Dr. Flamingos office told us anything about it being experimental. It is sad enough to have to go through the challenges of having a child with autism but the incompetence and lack of medical billing knowledge from this office is mind blowing. $3,000 bill for one test. One experimental blood test that not one insurance company covers that has no proof of actually working!!

That's usual and customary. The doctor asked me if I had ever been involved in a work comp case and or a personal injury case?! I didn't know I needed to bring an attorney to a MEDICAL appointment. Turns out, after reading his reviews. This seems to be a usually and customary thing for him? I was made to feel like I had done something wrong. I was there for his MEDICAL expertise only.
