I initially meet with Chelsea and she did my sons evaluation, she was pleasant, professional, and informative. Once the evaluation was completed she informed me that she would have my son see Ms. Dina because she believe that she would be a good fit for my son. Upon meeting with Ms. Dina I had some reservation because she expect no nonsense from my son, and I am a mother that wants to shield her son from the world. I will say it is coming up to one year since my son has been going to Divine and he has flourished, he is a different person, he is using sentences, he is engaged, he knows how to share, and play with others. The speech has done a one hundred and eighty degree turn. I will say Ms. Dina was the right person for him, she is amazing. I would recommend anyone to go and see Ms. Dina. She is stern, but kind. She continues to learn to perfect her craft by continuing her education. I am impressed by her. My interaction with Chelsea has also been good. She shares information with me on my sons condition and will offer suggestions. I will say everyone's experience will always be different. Trust your gut and do what is right for YOUR family. She also gave me homework to work with my baby and show me how to practice with him, I've never had this experience and we've been doing speech with other agencies for 9 years. I admitted my husband into Southland Health and Rehabilitation on November 11, 2021 for physical…read moretherapy after suffering a stroke.  Upon admission he was placed into a bed that was too small for his body frame, as he is currently 6' 1".  I complained immediately about the bed and was told that they would put an extender on it to accommodate his stature.  As time went on, he was still in the same bed and no remedy had occurred to accommodate him until three (3) days before he was being discharged, by then the damage was already done, which resulted in him getting an ulcer on both heels of his feet from the pressure of his feet against the hard surface of the footboard and not being able to move them because of his limited mobility. I am still currently treating his heels three (3) months later and counting.  He could have lost a foot as the left foot was severely damaged especially being a diabetic. To make matters worse, no one had even noticed his heels had sores on them, until I brought it to their attention.  Needless to say I was very disappointed with the service at this facility.  I would give this facility a zero plus rating.

My mother would call for help and no one would come. I hired a person to come sit with my mom and they found a way to kick her out of the building because she was bringing up issues of negligence to attention. I was traveling and a friend stopped by to see my mom. She called me hysterical because my mom was in her urine and feces . I have photos of this happening TWICE. But the worst part is my mother had been complaining of pain in her leg. I asked the staff to do an x-ray. They never did. After my friends call I took my mother out in 24 hours and put her in a 4 bedroom home. They proactively did the xrays and determined my mom fractured her hip. That is a death sentence. My mother told me she tried to get up to go to the bathroom after waiting forever, and she fell. She was #&#(#(@ BLIND!! How hard is it to help someone to the bathroom??? I guess to Tucker Wellness, it was worth letting her die. I had few options for my mother as she was on Medicaid. In hindsight I should have not gone back to work and just let everything go financially to keep my mother alive. It wasn't worth it. My mother died in pain. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO MOVE AROUND, TALK, SEE OR THINK FOR THEMSELVES.

However my first time coming to this office at 18…read moreyears old by myself was very traumatic and i was young so i didn't really have the courage to stand up for myself. Anyways i had to get an ultrasound to confirm that i had cyst on my ovaries. I didn't catch her name but the ultrasound tech was light skin heavyset a little older she had twists or dreads . she was very rude and unprofessional. This was the type of ultrasound where they stick the probe in your vaginal area mind you again i am 18 and this is my first time having a procedure like this done. So i get undressed and i am now on the table shes getting ready to put the probe in but i kept on flinching and moving because i was anxious and nervous. She proceeded to roll her eyes and say "Are you sexually active ?" i say yes . She says "Well it feels like sex i need you to relax so we can get it over with it doesn't hurt it's just uncomfortable." I just brushed it off but i think about this every time i have an upcoming appointment here . That situation was very heartbreaking and disrespectful .
