After replacing the passenger's side window on my 2015 Mustang, the window was installed incorrectly and does not seal properly when fully rolled up. There is a visible gap that can easily be seen with the naked eye. Because of this poor installation, there is a high-pitched wind noise while driving that is loud enough to hurt my ears, and soap and water enter the vehicle through the gap during a car wash. A properly installed window should not have these issues. Even worse, they failed to remove all of the shattered glass from inside the door before installing the new window. Every time I roll the window up or down, I can hear glass grinding inside the door, and large pieces of glass continue to fall out. The remaining glass has continued to cause additional damage inside the door, something that should have been prevented during the original repair. To make matters worse, my vehicle was damaged while it was in their care. Rather than taking responsibility for the damage, they have refused to accept accountability. I was told someone would contact me regarding my concerns, but despite that promise, no one has made any effort to reach out to me, address the problems, or correct their mistakes. Instead, I have been left with a vehicle that was returned in worse condition than it should have been. The workmanship, lack of quality control, poor communication, and refusal to stand behind their work have made this one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Customers pay to have their vehicles repaired correctly, not to receive an improperly installed window, ongoing damage from glass left inside the door, additional damage to their vehicle, and then be ignored when they ask the company to make it right. I cannot recommend Auto Glass Express to anyone. Based on my experience, I would advise others to take their business elsewhere if they want quality workmanship and a company that stands behind its repairs.

Before installing the glass, he eyeballed it one more time and realized the database was wrong (glad he could spot that before he took off the old windshield). This was not his fault - he followed the manufacturer's recommendation - which was wrong. He called around and was able to get the right windshield and came by the next morning to put in the new windshield. Zach was attentive to detail, never got frustrated and when above and beyond to make sure we were happy with his services. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!

Yesterday I called a few companies that fix chips. This morning Zach called me back, he was the only person to return my call out of 6 companies...... He came over within 10 minutes of our conversation, was incredibly pleasant as I talked his ear off while he was fixing the chip, even wore a mask which I was very impressed with as people seem to be relaxing with the masks ( I sincerely appreciated him being safe) and it only took 10 minutes. I'm assuming the price was reasonable as I have never gotten this done before and never priced it with another company. As well, he guarantees his work.
