There pharmacy is total crap! I would be really scared if I had to depend on this pharmacy for a life saving medicine ! I'm known it's only some antibiotics I was needing filled for my daughter! But don't understand how it takes a pharmacy over 2 hours plus to fill a prescription ! Not only did I talk to someone on the phone at the pharmacy that told me they were working on my daughter prescription and it will probably be done but I waited at least 20 minutes more after I got off the phone and then headed over to discount drug Mart to pick it up when I got there I was told it wasn't ready but they were working on it once again and it would be over an hour for them to have it ready and I got mad because I was told something different on the phone not only did I waste my time and gas coming over there to get told something different in person I ended up having to wait till the next day which I'm currently heading over there now to do and get my daughters medicine! Time to find a better pharmacy read more

Drug Mart has been around for I think 20 years or more? They are more than just a drug store, I remember when they were open before the food and other departments and they had to expand their floor space. Their freezers are conveniently located in the center of the store with more in the back corner near the deli, and they are a fully stocked store with wine and beer as well. They are like a convenience store that has exploded at the seams from having too much to offer and they still find a way to put more products on the shelves. You can also pay bills, cash checks, and fill prescriptions in the same area too. It's nice to see that this mainstay on the East side of Lorain has remained throughout the years. read more

Very upset that they are open on Christmas. This is a day to spend with friends and family, not at a retail store. Walmart and all the other big name stores even close on Christmas so people can be with their loved ones. Shane on you drug mart. read more

Well stocked on their inventory. This store has a little of everything. Utility payments, postal services, money orders, copies and faxing are all offered here. Pharmacy is available as walk-ins or by drive thru. Building could use updates, old structures just make it appear dirty. read more

I think that the corporate office should be open everyday. The Manage Chuck at this store believes that he has the right to over throw corporate decisions. Corporate says you pay on price and he sys no. If you bring your video in and it is in the wrong case you will still be charged a late fee until you bring in the right case. It is not their responsibility to make sure it is the right movie. I have been dealing with this issue for 3 weeks and I asked if the movie was in the store just in the wrong case 3 days after I turned it in. The movie dept stated "No". It turns out that it was there the whole time and in the wrong case. They had the case for the movie It had another movie in it but it was turned in the same day. Corporate says I only had to pay half because of this but Chuck wanted to charge more and when he was asked about this he states you should be happy they are working with you and you know what you can pay the whole amount. When did a Store manager have more say then Corporate? Half was not the amount he was ringing up so why did I have to be happy when he wasn't doing what they said. Guess that is how thing go now.
