They were courteous, they did not ask me to remove the prior review, but I feel they should be recognized for fixing problems, just as they were recognized for the problems. Also called & left a message for the owner & still no courtesy call back. These people all bill in advance & have little exposure of not getting paid. They're local, responsive, super affordable, and genuinely care about their customers. When you call, a real person answers the phone, not a call center. They're flexible with scheduling and helped us out last time when our timeline shifted. Unfortunately, when we needed another dumpster recently, they didn't have availability for a few days, so we went with someone else (Humpty Dumps) -- and it was a disaster. We paid more for less service and zero flexibility. Lesson learned. Sam's Hauling was a much better overall experience and cost. If you want to make your clean-out project easier and less stressful, call them first.
