Given that I'm usually working on these things after business hours, this is extremely convenient. I won't be wasting time on the other companies any more, and suggest you don't either.

I realize incidents can occur; their customer service response to the situation is another story. The first time a bin disappeared on recycling day, we figured oh well and didn't make a fuss. Then another one went missing on June 29. My husband called the company and asked for a call back. We never received one. A week later, I called and never received a call back despite stating that my husband had already called. Tonight, I actually got a person on the line and explained the situation since half of my recycling containers are now gone. The woman on the phone said there was no way they would ever take someone's recycling containers and that it was possible someone walked to our home and took it. She said they would be happy to bring one of their totes to us, although there would be a $48 delivery fee plus monthly rental. She also said it "would just be easier and cheaper for you to go buy some new bins." When I explained that their mistake should not become my financial responsibility, she passed me off to a man who once again said they would never take a recycling container and he knew that for sure because he was one of the drivers. His suggestion was to use an old trash can, write "recycling" on a piece of paper and tape it to the trash can. Basically, each of them might as well have just said, "We don't give a shit. It's your problem." As a former business owner, I told them that any of my mistakes did not become my customer's problem, but they could have cared less. I just left another message letting them know that our Ring doorbell shows video of them tossing one of the bins in their truck. I doubt I'll hear back. Accidents happen; how you handle it is key. Their customer service was absolutely terrible and the only reason they received two stars instead of one is that they at least pick up on time.

Hands down the worst service we have ever received. They delivered the dumpster on time but placed…read moreit in the wrong location and because of that they broke a huge limb off of our tree and made it harder for them to pick up. Then when it came time for them to pick it up, they were a no call no show. We were finally able to get in touch with them the following Monday and they told us they were unable to pick it up do to the snow. Because they couldn't pick it up, they went ahead and charged us a $200 fee (which was stated in their invoice). My question is why they would come in the snow if they knew they couldn't pick up in the snow? Was it just so they had a chance to charge us again? It felt like a scam from the very beginning and it's far from over. We have now had the dumpster for over a week past our pick up date and they have yet to reply to any of our emails asking when they will pick it up. I have a feeling they will now charge us for keeping the dumpster over the scheduled date. Customer service didn't care at all and just followed up all of our concerns with "I'm sorry you feel that way". Save yourself the headache and extra costs and go somewhere else.

As stated before their drivers are very good in placing the dumpsters, and now I am happy to say their customer service is excellent also. They were courteous, they did not ask me to remove the prior review, but I feel they should be recognized for fixing problems, just as they were recognized for the problems.
