I called Top Gun, and had a dumpster reserved for just at a few days later. Even better, I only called because none of the other companies responded to my online requests. Turns out that I could have reserved a dumpster online and paid for it, all without talking to someone. Given that I'm usually working on these things after business hours, this is extremely convenient. I won't be wasting time on the other companies any more, and suggest you don't either.

We never had any issues at first, however lately the service has been very inconsistent. Delivery issues were generally resolved the following day but now in the past couple of months they have missed us entirely for a whole week. As of now we are approaching 3 weeks. Each time it seems to be a different story. First their vehicles needed service, and there was a warranty issue, bad weather (which I totally get) but then weather would be blamed when there was none. Unfortunately we can't support them anymore. Maybe we will try again in a year or so, but we need something more reliable. It is also very difficult to reach anyone as the mailbox is full, emails go unanswered. But I will say this, recently they have been doing better with the follow up, I believe it may be the owner who has been emailing us and communicating with us. So there is a plus there.

Hands down the worst service we have ever received. They delivered the dumpster on time but placed…read moreit in the wrong location and because of that they broke a huge limb off of our tree and made it harder for them to pick up. Then when it came time for them to pick it up, they were a no call no show. We were finally able to get in touch with them the following Monday and they told us they were unable to pick it up do to the snow. Because they couldn't pick it up, they went ahead and charged us a $200 fee (which was stated in their invoice). My question is why they would come in the snow if they knew they couldn't pick up in the snow? Was it just so they had a chance to charge us again? It felt like a scam from the very beginning and it's far from over. We have now had the dumpster for over a week past our pick up date and they have yet to reply to any of our emails asking when they will pick it up. I have a feeling they will now charge us for keeping the dumpster over the scheduled date. Customer service didn't care at all and just followed up all of our concerns with "I'm sorry you feel that way". Save yourself the headache and extra costs and go somewhere else.

They apologized for the misunderstanding(s) and corrected the problem. As stated before their drivers are very good in placing the dumpsters, and now I am happy to say their customer service is excellent also. They were courteous, they did not ask me to remove the prior review, but I feel they should be recognized for fixing problems, just as they were recognized for the problems. What made Bid Red better than the others is they have one size roll off, you pay for what you use. And if you can get the job done in four days, there's a discount.
