Charging customers without clearly disclosing pricing beforehand is unacceptable. It feels misleading and shows a lack of transparency. This experience completely broke my trust. He sprayed lubricant only on the left side of the garage door rollers, which fixed the issue. However, he then told me the spring was "coming apart," which was not true. I was charged $120 for a quick spray on a couple of rollers, and the additional claim about the spring was misleading.
