Been on Yelp a long time but finally felt compelled to post a review because of the fantastic experience I had with On Track. Had minor problems with both my garage doors and Jerry responded quickly to my inquiry then came out a couple of days later. Was incredibly nice and helpful and explained what was happening (problem with the sensors and some other minor adjustments) and took care of everything in short order for a reasonable charge. The next day I noticed one of the doors was having issues that seemed to be related to the wiring, and Jerry quickly came back again and completely re-wired both the sensors, then wouldn't take any additional payment. Just great customer service and now both doors -- since the first time I moved in 2 years ago -- work perfectly.
