By chance, we were driving back to MB from a recent trip and noticed this nursery on the south side of Route 544, just west of Socastee. We decided to come back in a few days and we did. We met with Trina, who was as helpful as she could be, we were very satisfied with the price quote and left a deposit. Less than 2 weeks later, Matt and his crew came to my home and in less than one hour had all the trees planted, they even moved one young bush for me too. Matt gave me instructions on caring for our new plants and reminded me if I had any questions to feel free to call. I am delighted with my palms and how they look on my property and I will hire him again to plant more in the future. He obviously went for the bigger payday at the expense of all the scheduled jobs that were arranged beforehand. He did not even call any of the waiting customers to inform them their job was cancelled for the time being and maybe next week he could take care of them He left it up to 2 very young college girls to clean up his mess as they said he has done many times before . I cancelled my order as i refuse to give a horrible businessman my money for such terrible service I have read some of the reviews left on different sites and this seems to be a common practice with this guy I wish I had read them before I purchased from his Nursery.
