Well last night our tank ruptured and when I called Aquarius Plumbing this morning to activate my warranty they politely told me I had 3 options. First option was the earliest they could book me in for service was next Monday (6 days from now), which is totally unacceptable because it's the Easter long weekend coming up and we had company coming). Second option was if I wanted it done sooner they could fit me in on an emergency basis but I'd not get the warranty and I'd be paying overtime rates (so much for the warranty they offered me when they installed original tank) and my third option was, I could go find another supplier. My question is why wouldn't the supplier that sold me the product service my product/problem. I'm certain it's greed that gets in the way of service. If they could find a installer after 8-5, why wouldn't they just look after us before the long weekend. No I am supposed to wait 6 days to have hot water in the house. Ridiculous!!!! Anyway I thought you should know if you're expecting service, Aquarius Plumbing should be low on your option list if supplier/installer. Unsatisfied (one time customer)!!!!

The owner of Signature responded to my email right away with some advice on what I could do before a service call, and he even checked back with me three days later to see if things had been fixed.
