He gave some tips about how to go about contacting the insurance company and then met the adjuster at the house when they made it out a week later. Because of this and his subsequent follow-ups, he was able to get the insurance company to pay for a handful of repairs they would not have included otherwise. He also sent his guys back out after the job completion to address a couple items noted by an overzealous home inspector when our house went under contract. I may not have been his favorite customer since I was really pushing his timeline in order to get our house on the market but considering the scope of repairs needed, he got things done quickly. I hope to avoid any future hail storms and their related roofing jobs but if we do ever need these types of services in the future, I'll definitely call Derik again.

I contracted this company to install a TPO roof on a new single family home. It took them 4 weeks…read moreto start even though they said they could start right away. They left the job incomplete. The roof remained incomplete for another month until they corners finally started coming up. I called and complained to them and finally someone showed up to install the metal coping material around the parapet. The guys who installed the roof put the nails on the wrong side and coping material didn't cover up the nail holes. They also failed to pay the installer and he's calling me all the time about his money. I now have to complete the roof which cost another $3K and figure out a way to get the metal company some money for their work. I paid them $14K for this roof and will be out probably another $6K to finish it. Everyone's complaint about this company is right. They are crooks and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. We plan to sue them just to get these issues on their company record.

Greg responded quickly over Yelp messages and arrived when he said he would. He gave us a free evaluation and confirmed there weren't any leaks and that the dripping could be due to the type of vent we had on the roof. Allied Roofing replaced the roof (but not the gutters) of a house that I was under contract to buy…read more I think because the job was initiated by the previous owners and there was no one actually living in the home at the time to oversee the job, the workers cut a few corners and did a terrible job cleaning up after themselves. I noticed the gutters weren't working well and when I went up to clean them I realized why. Not only did the roofers leave about an inch of shingle shake in the gutters which was causing blockage all around the house, but they actually left big pieces of torn up t-shirts and a whole roll of masking tape in my gutters. There's still a piece of t-shirt on my roof that I can't reach from the ladder. It was really gross fishing that stuff out and such a pain to clean all that shake--in fact, a few of the spouts are still pretty clogged and I'll have to find a way to snake them. When I called them to discuss this, they basically just shrugged it off, saying that they always recommend replacing the gutters along with the roof (something I had no control over) and suggested I pay a handyman to clean my gutters---well that wouldn't be necessary had they taken more care. Really disappointed and I can't recommend.
