Unfortunately we had someone throw a giant rock late in the evening through our entryway window. Called around a few businesses the next day but most took long to get back to me. Wow Windows squeezed me in the same day I called. Adan came out to remove the broken glass, get measurements for new window, then boarded up and sealed the opening. Wow Windows kept me updated on options and timing. I wasn't worried much about timing since they did a great job of boarding it up in the mean time. Once the new glass came in, I got a call to put me on the schedule for install. Adan came back and installed new glass. Highly recommended. Had a warranty window loose it's seal and fog up. I finally got a replacement window but the window company I purchased the window from (It wasn't a window from WOW) wouldn't come out and replace it. They would only supply the replacement window. WOW was one of the only companies that would help re-install the warranty window from the other company!! Adan was the tech, and he knew what he was doing. He was on time and he got the old window out and new one in within 20 minutes. He made sure he did things in the right order so I was never without a window in case something happened in the process. Very professional and knowledgeable. No hassles with any of the process. I've had them come two more times. Every time they have worked, the service is stellar. They are incredibly well run and professional. They're very accommodating. Now my whole home has been updated with much better windows. The window sills are much cooler to the touch on sunny days. And the ambient temperature near the window is much lower as well. If you are thinking of having windows installed, do it early. They are very backed up on the supply side and it may take up to 3 months to get your windows. Could not be happier with my windows from Wow Windows! The reason I chose Wow was because they have their own installation crews and do not use sub contractors like so many others. For me the install was more than half the value of the job as a bad install can absolutely ruin a good window. I have seen other window companies go about breaking lots of window pains and Wow did none of that at my house. Additionally, my windows where measured to perfection. Everyone slide right into place with tight seal. The installers where attentive to my needs and cleaned up after themselves as well as putting down runners inside the house to minimize any debris. Wow was not the cheapest window quote I received, but I was not looking for the cheapest price but wanted a professional install, and quality value window, which is what I received! read more
