I found Osage County Guns on an auction site and navigated to their website. I found what I was looking for and they have a law enforcement program that was a huge surprise. I placed my order, sent a copy of my photo ID and got a confirmation email right away. What really impressed me was the new email every time there was a change in my order, they let me know it was shipped, they let me know it was out for delivery and they let me know after it was delivered. It arrived in a timely fashion and I couldn't be more excited. In the future, I will be using Osage County Guns for all of my gun needs.

Despite communicating back and forth almost daily for multiple weeks, the company refused to take accountability and still charged a restocking fee when I returned the product. The customer service was slow, dismissive, and unwilling to resolve a clear mistake on their end. Even after providing proof, I was met with excuses instead of solutions. I've been here multiple times before their remodel and was surprised to see it how well the expansion looks! To be honest I didn't care to go here because I it was so compact so I'm glad they did this. It feels and looks better in my opinion. I'm always greeted by people and always am asked if I need any help. I feel like gun stores in general have the friendliest staff always willing to help and answer any questions. There is so much to know and so many options! I used to work at a tactical gear company, so I know there's a lot! We were able to take a closer look at some things and they were very knowledgeable.
