Great store today I went in with a slow leak in one of my tires they had done work for me before. these guys are awesome. No apt they said they would get me taken care of. Well the Tire could not be fixed and I am Disabled and on Disability so money is tight. Well before I knew what was going on they found a used tire in the size I need and had put it on my car for next to nothing. I will be a Discount Tire Customer for ever. I made an appt 2 days prior to service online, entering all my info and got a "final" price. After arriving, they had to reenter all my info and check to see if the tires were in stock, even though 24hrs prior I received a call stating they were in stock. Then I was told that there was one car in front of me and it would take an HOUR! If anyone has been to these places, then you know that there are usually 6 bay workers and this place was no exception. I left the truck and came back 1.5hrs later. The original guy who helped me, would not even look me in the eye and told another person that I was just here to pick up. The young man babbled something and handed me a piece of paper. They broke a lug bolt off and said they were going to pay for it this time. Damn straight they are, they broke it. I had him repeat as to how it was broken. His answer, "Due to dirt, corrosion and excessive miles, they just break." WTF? So now I had to drive a few more miles and leave my truck again so the other place could fix it. Then drive back to get a lug nut. Again the original helper did not even look me in the eye. Oh and they thought that filling an 80lb tire with only 37lbs of air was enough! My advice, go up the street a few more miles and go to the other Discount tire location. read more

Good service. They understand the needs of my car and acts accordingly. Yes they take a long time but I don't want my wheels to fall off when I'm doing 80mph on the freeway. read more

If i could give 0 stars I would. Went for an air check. 15 minutes later I pulled out with no air check! An employee even walked up and asked me to move up and I told him I needed air. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Customer service sucks at this location. I will never come back here. read more

I visited this location because I had a slow leak in one of my tires and knew it needed to be repaired. I made my appointment online and showed up at the appropriate time. I waited my turn as the associate was assisting an elderly woman. He was very patient and understanding with her as I watched. Before he was finished another associate came in and helped me. I told him I had a 5 o'clock appointment and he verified that. Then asked what brought me in. I explained my problem and he asked to go out and take a look at the car. After doing so he said ok we will take care of it. When waiting in the waiting room an employee brought cold bottles of water and offered to customers waiting. While I waited I observed at least 5 employees interact with different customers and I must say they were great! I haven't been to too many places in this area that had such great customer service. The employees appeared happy and jovial which obviously showed in how they interacted with their customers. After about 45 minutes a technician pulled my car up front and waved me outside. He said we found a screw in your tire but we fixed it up for you. I asked what I owed him and he said just "Thanks". To which I responded with "much thanks" and a hand shake and I drove away. Now I'm not sure why it was free but I will say that I truly felt blessed. Thanks again guys! You did a wonderful job! I will definitely be returning when/if the need arises... read more

I always bring my vehicles to this location for tire service. I just brought my Honda in and purchased 2 new tires. The staff is friendly and efficient. You may have a wait but that's because other customers won't go any where else. I will return. read more

Put a new tire on the WRONG side. Left my car with a blown tire band on the driver rear side and didn' think to check their own work. Very dangerous. I do not recommend this location. If you need to get a tire fixed, I recommend the location in Humble. Very professional and helpful, knows what they are doing and how to do it. Excellent job Humble store! Thank you. read more
