I recently moved to the area and took my Subaru to the dealership for an oil change like I've always used to only to be told it has a bunch of things wrong with it that would cost nearly 7k to replace. Since the last 2 Subaru dealerships never said anything like that, I took my car to Repair One for a second opinion and not only did they fit me into a last minute appointment, but refused to accept any payment when they told me there's nothing wrong with my car! They could have easily told me my car did indeed needed all those things replaced and they can do it for cheaper than the dealership but they didn't and told me to save my money. Absolutely terrible, took my jeep in to have it looked at, and paid 550$ for cleaning some wires and a Camshaft Position Sensor that takes 5 minutes to install. Three days layer they told me everything was fixed and that I could pick it up. Not 8 miles down the road the exact same issue occurred with my Jeep going into limp mode, the car broke down leaving me in the middle of the road. They replaced and charged me for a Camshaft Position even though that wasn't the problem causing me unnecessary expenses. And failed in diagnosing the issue. All the work they charged me for was useless. They also damaged the interior of the engine bay leaving exposed wires over the engine without telling me. I called again to see if they'd be willing to look at it or attempt fixing the issue that wasn't resolved and they refused without having me pay for additional work. I needed an alignment on my sedan and different auto repair shop told me that the inner and outer tie rods would need to be replaced before performing an alignment and was going to cost over $1,000+. I called and spoke with Jason and was able to drop off my car here on the same day for an inspection and alignment. They performed the inspection and instructed me that the tie rods did not need to be replaced and that everything was fully functional and within working properly. I only had to pay for an alignment (which was about $123.00). I was very pleased with the honest service, affordable repair cost and the professional customer service from Jason and Jon. Sometimes they are incredibly busy, but somehow they always seem to get my car in and have it back within a reasonable timeframe. This review is about the SPRING location, not the Woodlands location. They take you back home after you drop off your car for service/repair and pick you up and take you back to their location when done. They were working on my 2016 Chevy Volt. (They work on electric vehicles!) Spoke with the mechanic afterwards and was impressed with his knowledge and attitude. Felt secure with this repair location for the first time in years. I took my car in to see what was wrong with my a/c in my car and hopefully get it fixed. The guy called and said my compressor wasn't working and needed to be replaced. I had replaced my compressor just a year ago, so that makes no sense. Picked up my car and fiddled around with it to find out that my fuse was the reason the a/c wasn't working. Had to get my nieces car worked on since she's currently in the hospital. Made an appointment via online and was confirmed. I arrived on time and was met with a very pleasant work staff. Older gentleman was very helpful and professional. I was also offered a shuttle home. I received a call that the car was ready and could pick up. Arrived the next day and picked up the car, it drove like a brand new car. Got home and upon review they forgot to do the oil change. I called and explained the situation. I mainly spoke with Jason and John throughout the process and these guys were very friendly, informative, and quick with communication. A shop you can trust. The moment you walk in you'll be greeted by either Jon or Jason, both of who I've come to trust. They are exceptionally kind and patient individuals that will take the time to explain things to you and look out for your best interest. I've been here lots of times and Jon has helped me save money by being upfront and proving other mechanics wrong about the diagnosis on my cars when In fact they needed less work. It def helps that they are walking distance from my house but in case you don't have that luxury, they offer complimentary pickup/drop off service. They also have a separate room to wait and provide free WiFi. All in all, it's hard to find a trustable auto shop but this one fits the bill. Took my car here to get it fixed, 1200$ repair and they have had my car for over 3 weeks when it was a 6 hour fix! Come to find out they broke something else on my vehicle and didn't know what was broken! When they finally found out they wanted to charge me 2400$ to fix the issue THEY broke! The owner was very rude and blamed me for the problem stating my car came in with both problems.. so then why didn't you say that at first when I brought the car over 3 weeks ago? At least 5 times I have asked them whether something needed service or if it was OK when I already knew the answer that everything was fine. They didn't take the bait even once! I've read the review where people are made at Repair One because they received faulty parts from their suppliers. Faulty parts are outside of the control of any repair facility. I highly recommend Repair One to anybody looking for honest mechanics. I went in today with multiple problems and came out EXTREMELY satisfied with the amazing customer service here! Rob took care of me and listened to all my problems with my Honda. With multiple issues to fix before I can pass an inspection, we had to prioritize--and he got my brakes fixed in less than an hour with a busy shop. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Don't go anywhere else, seriously. Oh, and I tried to pay as it was being test-driven, but Rob refused to take my payment "until I know everything is done--and done right," he told me. Absolutely amazing guy, and very professional. Trust is hard when it comes to mechanics--ESPECIALLY for a young girl. He took me out to my car and showed me the parts of the brake and how it works, rather than assuming I wouldn't understand. He was very professional but also super friendly and easygoing, and he was very honest with me the whole time. Then, since I need a new back tire, he personally called the Firestone he goes to and made sure a guy HE KNOWS will be there tomorrow so I can get my tire replaced by someone Rob trusts. He gave me the tire type and brand he uses to make sure I'm taken care of. This guy is absolute GOLD. The shop itself was super clean, had cold water, coffee and tea, and a nice comfy waiting room with iPads and magazines. It really doesn't get better than this. I'm never going anywhere else for repairs. The prices were more than fair, too--only $400 for brake pads AND rotors. I already feel like Rob is the most trustworthy person I've met in the service industry, and that's a serious compliment. I highly recommend John and the team here at Repair One. I just relocated to the area and needed to get my Odyssey in for its 60k mile maintenance. They did a great job, including identifying and fixing some minor problems. The most amazing part is that they noticed a cover missing from the front axle, and instead of telling me they'd repair it, they called Honda repeatedly to figure out if it was under warranty. They did figure out that it was under warranty for only 200 more miles and 2 weeks, but I'd have to take it to the Honda dealer. And they called me back to tell me that, even though they weren't getting any work out of it. Fantastic conscientious service! read more

I brought in my 2006 BMW 325I due to power window not working. they quote 2 hours and part after diagnosed the problem being a regulator. the following day I called and the owner tells me that the regulator they put in was make noise and they order a 2nd one & will be done that afternoon. Later that afternoon the manager called and said it was done & no more squeaking noise. he states that after initialize the computer the window switch would be active. when I showed up to pick up my car , the manager claims he called me back & left a msg stating that they couldn't initialize the system so my motor was bad. At this time I showed him my phone with no calls from him & the motor was fine when they were testing it, At this time, it became the excuse of those German engineering are difficult sometimes to deal with. I told them to put everything back & give me the car. the following day I went & picked up my car. They not only charged me more than the original quote, they scratched my window tint and my door not will not lock and out handle will not open the car unless you do it from the inside first. They however had the window up which is what I asked it the beginning if it was possible to pay the labor to have that done with any replacement part which is what they ultimately did , over charged and damaged my vehicle. This was the last straw with Repair One , they have continuously take jobs they could not handle. Other than the BMW, my PT cruiser & Jeep Wrangler all had bad repairs from this company. Due to my last conversation with the owner Brent O'Neal and with his direct apologies, I choose to give his shop one more chance & they failed miserably. UPDATE: I spoke with the owner Brent and all he could do is make excuses about failure of the part. He refuses to acknowledge the mis-information and stands by the shotty work of his shop. This place is disgraceful! Repair One has as one of its customer pledge's to keep customers informed of the status and time promised. I left my car for two nights (they requested such to ensure timely completion) but on the second day at closing time, they called me to inform me that my car would not be completed. Repair One was aware that I needed the vehicle to go to the airport that night but purposefully called me at closing time after "stringing me along" all days with changing prices and stories. The owner added insult to injury on day three when the car was finally ready by telling me about his problems ordering parts and "how this happens" and it's, according to him, a routine practice at Repair One. I have taken my 2010 RAV4 here twice and have received exemplary customer service each time. I pride myself on doing my cost research beforehand, so I know what kind of quote to expect. They don't tailor to the low-end average, more towards the high-end, but definitely not price gougers. They always tell you exactly what your drive out cost will before beginning any kind of work and have been very quick, in my experience.
