Once again this location has the most incompetent useless people working here. Specifically a blonde woman who works there. I'm on the phone with her while I have my father there getting my tires for me. I'm trying to put them on my discount tire credit account, I give her my social and she tells me there's no credit & I said ok & that was it she ended the conversation. She doesn't offer me to reapply or anything just hands the phone back to my father and tells him there's no credit. Doesn't offer more help or information & my father had to pay out of pocket. March 10th 2026, I ordered a set of wheel locks, was told it would be two days to be delivered. March 17th I called back up there cause they hadn't called me back yet, was told it would be two days. So, I wait two more days and no call. I call back on March 19th, they "lost my order" and they are going to reorder them expedited. March 26th I call up there cause its been another week with no call, told "I'll call FedEx and give you a call right back." No call back so I call again on March 27th and a different guy says, "I don't see your order in here, what do you want to order?" The level of incompetence is insane, and I don't have my wheel locks or my money back. I really want a manager to reach out to me and make this right. read more

Made an appointment for first thing in the morning. Arrived 10 minutes early checked in and still waiting ,1 hour and 20 minutes later vehicle is still not in the bay. Others that walked in or came in later have been completed. Very disappointed I the lack of service. Now that we are up to 1 hour 30 minutes later the vehicle will be next. When I complained about the time I was told something about not having an appointment or something messed up in the system. Thanks discount for ruining my morning. My daughter came in the next day to have them installed. The team took care of her. Unexpectedly, I had to buy a set for our vehicle yesterday. You've got to appreciate Discount Tires, most I've ever used have been easy and reliable with knowledgeable staff and this location in Huntsville is no different. I've used this one numerous times and even if I have to wait an hour or longer I'm always taken care of. My flat tire is being replaced at no charge since I purchased the $28 certificate and that's not bad for a tire!! Better than the couple hundred in case I wouldn't have for sure! Terrible, Terrible, Terrible! Our daughter had a screw in her tire and supposedly go tit fixed after waiting a long time on Tuesday before Thanksgiving. And then in Wednesday after work she comes out to find the tire flat at 8PM. They apparently did not really fix the tire. She wanted to come home for Thanksgiving but the shop was closed and would not be open until Friday. AAA put on her spare and we had to drive late night to pick her up so she could join the family for Thanksgiving. Now we have to drive her back to get the car and get the tire fixed. read more

I've been shopping at discount tire my whole life and have never had consistently worse service than at the location in Huntsville TX. I was coming to get a tire replaced and was looking for parking but there was none. I pulled into the air check lane to remove the tire from my bed before I would move to a parking lot across the street when an employee came and very angrily told me I could not park there. When I told him I was just unloading this before I would move he got even angrier and started yelling at me. He then grabbed the tire from my hands very aggressively. When I moved and went inside they told me they would not help me at that location. I went to Conroe and got great service there. read more

The service man told me he didn't see it but when I took my car to another discount location they found it immediately. Bought four new tires from them and after leaving the store I felt a vibration. I took it to another place a day later to see if Discount did something wrong or if the tire was bad. They found the old tire weights on the tire. Discount tire tried to balance the tire with the old weights and then added more, the tire was still out of balance. I took the old weights and receipt to Discount and talk to the manager. He tried to tell me that this is how they balance a tire. Rather than tell me that they made a mistake and apologize (things happen and I don't fault people on a minor mistake) he lied to me. This is in my opinion unforgivable. I will not return. read more

Never do J feel like a transaction, I always feel welcome, treated like an equal, and when I dont understand something (or have questions regarding anything), they're generous with their time - to a point. I've never walked away from here feeling taken advantage of, abused, or made to feel inferior. Recently bought a new car and as luck would have it, for a screw in the back right tire - slow leak. They're performance tires, costing nearly $400 a piece - the local Ford dealership had them, and I knew I could get them that day - I opted to special order them with Discount, waited a n extra day for it, and even paid to have them warranty each other tire (didn't know they offered that!). Would not recommend. had a flat tire and took it to get patched. they said I drove on it too much and had run flat damage. funny thing is I didn't even drive on it and it was a fairly new tire. I am a fan of Discount Tires because they are everywhere and they have great deals on tires (especially those warranties)! My car needed 4 new tires and at first, my bank account said "no ma'am"! The original quote (for Yokohama) I received weeks ago were a no-go simply because I just didn't have the money. After talking to Brett and filling him in on my driving habits, I was able to drive away with 4 new tires (different and obviously cheaper than the original quote) that were affordable and sufficient.
