They MIGHT do good work and trust worthy but they didn't give me a chance to experience it. I sent them a request via e-mail asking for an "estimated quote" on an issue with my vehicle and got back in return " you'll need to call and get on schedule". They could of written in estimated quote worded to protect them from unexpected cost instead of being turned down for one hence making this red flag wave making me go else where. If they have a reason for acting this way I'd like to hear it. read more

I took my truck to WC Auto to fix a noise it was making. They charged me almost. $3,000 and it wasn't fixed so it went back to WC Auto charged me a little over $2,000 and they lowered my truck took lift kit off so went back again still wasn't right charged me $425 dollars and replace the struts. Then I noticed there was a lug nut missing and the battery was loose that they put on my truck. After being there from December to March and $5,000 later I think they finally fixed it. After everything I went through not having my truck for almost 4 months and paying all that money I'm just not a happy camper. read more

2 kids in college living in Huntsville and Im 4 hours away. My sons car was having issues. My son sends me a video of his car idling very rough. Called yesterday morning April 4th around 9am. Was told they couldn't get me in that day to Diagnose an oil leak that I had on my suv. No problem. Told me to come the next day any time after 9am and he could get me in. Drove 30 minutes from home to this shop arrived at 9:10 am and was told they were full for the day... highly recommend you go somewhere where you won't have your time and gas wasted! Wayne and his crew are the best i've used and i've been in Huntsville for 57 years still I pretty much know every shop in town. Never have to worry about getting ripped off, and never have to wonder if it's going to get fixed right.
