He again said First come first served. Reached out to the manager and he basically said appt was for dropping off. So drove to the next Wiesner dealer in the next town NO appt. Truck already pulled to the back and stated 1 hour wait time. Wiesner Conroe is the place!! Bad business for GMC

Snobby racist service advisors, incompetent technicians & "stealership" prices…read more I had a engine come on and a weird grinding sound on the front end of my SUV. I went to Wiesner for what I thought was a simple thing like breaks and rotors. Once there, a blonde service writer in some gawd-awful yoga pants told me that I would need a timing chain, belts, cam shaft, solenoids... The first estimate was $3600. Went back to check on it after the mechanic says they did a multi point inspection and the estimate was $2800. Thought they would fix it for that price then I was told it was $3500 for the repairs. When I picked it up they wanted to add another $1000 repair for the front hub and bearings because they said it was making a grinding noise. That's what I wanted fixed but they told me it was all of the other repairs!!!!!!!!! I'm not being a petty complainer here but when I asked questions about parts and the repairs they couldn't explain it to me. EPIC FAIL for customer service. William responded with "Come on out. We are in the business of selling trucks!" (Additionally, their catchphrase is "THAT'S NO BULL".) Well, fortunately BOTH of these proved to be 100% accurate; as I was in and out with my new truck in less than 1.5hrs after a clear, concise, to the point, ZERO BS fees, or "surprises" deal. This will be the 1st dealership I contact from here on out. Thanks for staying late for me William. Will be seeing you again.

The overall opinion of the service department was very unprofessional. Dressed, however they chose to dress shorts jeans, no professional demeanor, eating a snack tray in the middle of the service department obviously, Bill Fick has a corner on the market in Huntsville. My vehicle engine blew up at 12,000 miles. They had the vehicle for over 20 days and when I ask if they were able to clean the vehicle just wash the exterior they were very put out. We only wash new vehicles was the response from the service advisor. Definitely would not recommend Bill Fick Ford.

I wish they had a zero star option…read more bought a used tire here last year and they damaged the air stem to the point it was shredded and my tire was ruined the next day. they did not refund me even partially of what I paid or replace the tire. I will NEVER come back here and I ALWAYS deter people away from this business. DONT GO HERE

I specifically asked him about rust or rot on the body or frame, asking for undercarriage pictures which he did send. He told me that the the undercarriage had been routinely rinsed and rust or rot was not evident.  He did send pics but the pics did NOT show the ROT under the vehicle. In doing my due diligence I found that the vehicle FAILED the state of Maine required inspection due to a rusted-out frame rail.  I had sent out a mechanic to do an inspection that I paid $180 for.  Had Sayed been honest in response to my question re rust I would not be out $180. In short, do your due diligence, or just avoid places of shady dealings.

They have the best prices of any place I've been, and they really take care in choosing the cars they have. I send everyone I know there, and they have never been disappointed. Usually, buying a car is, at best, an annoying process, and at worst, a freaking nightmare (especially for women). This place made it effortless. I didn't feel tense at all. Over the last few years, they've even helped me find the best places to go for other car-related stuff like tires, paint & body, mechanical, etc. (I had a tiny car accident, unfortunately, but my car is fine now). Bob and Linda are super helpful, and just fun to be around. When was the last time you felt that way about YOUR car salesman? LOVE these guys!!!!
