I'm still trying to figure out how a $1500.00 tire quote and an alignment with a 5% equals out to be $2065.00. I know or hope that the alignment didn't cost that much? I know that they have to include taxes, but really? Plus my truck is a XD Diesel Truck, which means that the tires have different tire pressures than the light 1/2 ton pickup trucks. Their technicians deal with tires every single day and should know that and should know the difference in tire pressures for the different style of vehicles. If they don't know that information, then that's what your training program is for. If you don't have a training program and all else fails, look inside of the driver's door jamb. The manufacturer puts their sticker with their tire information and tire pressures there. Don't fret though, the dealerships get my tire pressures wrong when they rotate my tires and don't correct the tire pressures when rotating the tires. When I left the store and my low tire warning pressure sensors activated on my driver's panel screen, I scrolled to the tire pressure readings and sure enough they showed 36-38 PSI in the tires. I called the store and luckily they hadn't closed yet, it was after 5PM when they finished my truck. I explained to the Manager what was going on and he must have had the technician close to him when he tried to explain to me that it would take some rotations of the tires to reset the tire sensors. I was like four miles away from the store already. Then I explained to him the type of vehicle that I had and it "clicked" in their heads and the technician admitted that the wrong incorrect tire pressure was put into the tires. He told me to bring it back and he would fix it since everyone was gone. I told him that I had a compressor and that I would fix it when I got home then it would be done correctly. I will say that they do a lot of business there at the store and work safely from what I observed. They might want to work on keeping the outside area free from debris. Tires can pick up the debris that is laying in front of the bay areas on the ground. Get a robotic street sweeper or something to keep that area clean. But they are a busy facility that looks like they do a lot of work. From what I seen and heard if you have safety issues with your vehicle they will address the issues with you and fix them so that your vehicle is not a safety hazard leaving their facility. I totally agree with them with that policy. PS, getting the same tires from the dealership who would not price match would have been an additional $300.00 more on the tires. read more

The guys at the Mount Pleasant, Texas are absolute angels! They are always friendly, patient, super helpful. I bought a set of tires a few months ago. They went out of their way for me then. Just recently got a flat. I called the guys up and they said come on in. The hole was on the interior side wall, that can't be patched. They gave me a whole new tire for a total of $15! The manager at Mount Pleasant, Texas Discount Tire is downright rude and dismissive of clients--mostly to those of a particular "complexion." I've witnessed him blatantly dismissing a client who asked him a question while he was at his register, and he would not as much as dart an eye in the client's direction. Even after the client walked away, he didn't stir. The disrespect was disgusting to witness. And he did the very same thing to me! I had paid for a service that the local Discount Tire couldn't deliver at the time. I agreed to wait a couple days until they could get the necessary product in stock and deliver the service. Two days later when I walked into the store, there was the manager at his register. For a good couple minutes or so, I'm standing right in front of him hoping that he'd at least acknowledge my presence at some point. No chance! He wouldn't as much as shift his eyes away from his register screen. It got to where I decided to go back out on the yard in search of the junior agent who'd dealt with me earlier. I was already outside talking to the agent when the manager motioned to him for me to come back in. It makes you wonder how he treats his workers if he's going to treat his clients that way. Needless to say, I'm taking my car care needs back to Everett Toyota of Mount Pleasant where I have enjoyed over a decade of superior customer and car service. read more

Tires can be pretty expensive here sometimes, but they are always very polite and much quicker than Walmart when it comes to changing tires.

This place is the best. Patrick is attentive and helpful, he does a great job. Their crew is quick and they take good care of my stuff. Buy your tires here and they basically hook it up any time you have issues such as running over screws or bending a rim. I will not go to any other place! As a car guy with experience I can confidently say that have best service. Will keep coming back for all my tire needs for all my vehicles. You will not get better or more friendly service anywhere. Came for a rotation and balance and the previous store evidently forgot to put my lug nut lock key back. This store ordered me a new set at no cost to me, eventhough it was a different store that lost mine. They didn't have to do that since it wasn't their mistake. Taking the position that what's best for the customer regardless is rare these days. They have a customer for life. Highly recommended read more

Hats off to the Landon and his crew in Mt Pleasant. I had a wheel come off a boat at 75mph and was caught under the trailer for about 100 yards before bouncing and cart wheeling down the interstate. I just new the wheel was ruined. It's a very old boat and those wheels are very few and far between. Landon was unable to find a replacement, but one of his guys (thanks Brandon) was able to straighten the rim and wheel enough that it holds the tire. So now I have a good spare tire. Bought a new set of tires for the trailer at a really good price and yet never felt pressured or manipulated. Thank you very much Brandon. read more

My daughter called, they quoted her$50-60 a tire. She drove from Winnsboro- $500 later she came home to find they had her spare tire and two Jeep hubcaps are gone. Her father called, she went back, they couldn't find her spare so now she's missing 2caps and spare. Hmmm. . . They gave her a spare but wouldn't do anything about the hubcaps-said find them yourself at a junkyard. So far $40 is the cheapest we have found FOR ONE! read more
